00:04 Never on time, and when you get on a train they're always busy.

00:08 And trying to get in and out of Leeds these days is just nuts at Leeds Railway Station.

00:13 If you're picking somebody up or, it's just nuts.

00:15 What would you like to see happen to make services better?

00:19 I think with trains that the state should own them, and there should be cheap travel for people in general.

00:29 And better facilities. Less traffic on the road, less pollution. It's an Oberynia really.

00:34 A lot of delays. I don't know the ins and outs of what's happening really, but a lot of delays.

00:42 Getting into the office and stuff like that, peak times is a bit unreliable, but it is what it is really.

00:49 Is there anything specific you'd like to see done to improve train services?

00:54 I'm not really too sure to be honest. I don't know too much about it.

01:01 I guess the peak times if they can be a bit more reliable maybe.

01:06 Especially the stations that are a bit more out of the city, like Horsforth or Pudsey or Bramley or wherever.
