00:10 What's up? Paul here from Guitar World, and
00:16 today we're gonna be checking out a wickedly cool looking guitar from ESP
00:20 Guitars, SN series, that defies any limitations in speed and sound.
00:25 The ESP LTD Deluxe SN1000HT, fire blast electric guitar.
00:32 This baby right here.
00:33 Let's check it out.

00:43 ESP is well known for instruments built for speed and superb craftsmanship.
00:47 And their LTD series of guitars are no exception.
00:51 With popular models found in their EC and EX series,
00:54 Viper series, and numerous other series,
00:57 many players have made LTD to be their favorite guitar brand.
01:01 And now, the new LTD SN1000HT, which probably stands for
01:07 Hartel, which is part of their SN series, continues in the ESP tradition of
01:11 exceptional build quality, setup, and tone.

01:18 The first thing you'll notice on this SN1000HT is its stunning
01:22 textured sandblasted fire blast finish over a swamp ash body.
01:28 It flat out looks fantastic, and
01:30 I love that it has that almost raw wood feel on the body.
01:33 [MUSIC]
01:36 Next up is its bolt on roasted maple neck with a compound radius that
01:41 offers both maximum speed and instant comfort.
01:45 It also has a beautifully dark Macassar ebony fingerboard that includes
01:50 22 extra jumbo stainless steel frets, an absolute premium feature.
01:55 [MUSIC]
02:04 Mother of pearl dot inlays, and for the inner shredder in you,
02:08 this guitar is scalloped from frets 17 to 22.
02:12 [MUSIC]
02:22 Top shelf components and hardware on the SN1000HT Fire Blast include a black
02:35 bone nut, a brushed black pick guard, dome control knobs, LTD locking tuners,
02:40 and a one shot hard tail bridge that is a string through body,
02:45 which certainly adds to its firm and strong tone and easy playability.
02:50 [MUSIC]
03:00 I've been a big fan of Fishman Fluence pickups for a while now, and
03:09 with the Sonic Firepower, I'm thrilled the guitar features a set of Fishman
03:13 Fluence modern humbuckers.
03:15 [MUSIC]
03:19 An Alnico in the neck position and a ceramic in the bridge,
03:23 with a push pull control at the tone to activate each pickup's second voicing and
03:29 a three way blade switch.
03:30 [MUSIC]
03:57 I've never encountered an ESP-LTD model that wasn't well made or
04:00 set up perfectly right out of the box, and
04:03 the SN1000HT Fire Blast follows in those same footsteps as I mentioned.
04:09 Let's just say this guitar is as intense as it looks and
04:13 is incredibly player friendly with all the essential shredder requirements in feel
04:18 and sound, along with its eye catching dark and stormy appearance.
04:23 If anything, the SN1000HT Fire Blast from LTD is a guitar that offers tone and
04:29 playability to the extreme.
04:31 I'm knocked out by this guitar, definitely, check it out.
