00:39 entrepreneur Daniel Gierasch in 2006 and they got separated in the year 2010. In those four years of
00:49 marriage, the couple shared two babies, Hermas and Helena. After Helena's birth, the couple went into
00:58 a legal battle for the custody of the kids as they found that they were not compatible with each
01:04 other. The legal battle got stretched a lot, resulting in Rutherford's being bankrupt in 2030.
01:12 And in 2015, Daniel got full custody of his two kids and visitation rights were given to Kelly.
01:21 In the entire process, Kelly became alone. Well, she doesn't live with her children but she has
01:27 been trying hard to be a good mother to them. She is still on her healing journey. She said,
01:34 "It's been really healthy for me and really good." She is in continuous touch with her kids.
01:40 She mentioned, "My kids are getting older. They are sort of like, 'Okay, get on with your life.'
01:47 They are teenagers now and they have got their friends and their stuff. So my day-to-day life
01:52 has recently been more about me and my dogs, working and traveling." She is gaining that
01:59 confidence which she lost in the entire trauma and rebuilding herself nowadays.
