00:00 China Coast Guard also involved in harassment of Philippine Coast Guard ships patrolling Bajo de Masinloc.

00:09 A ship of the China Coast Guard almost reached the mouth of the BRP Teresa Magbanua of the Philippine Coast Guard.

00:18 In another video, it seems like the two ships are not moving and are waiting for the first one to move away.

00:25 This is just one of the many PCGs that were monitored on the same day of the maritime patrol in Bajo de Masinloc

00:31 since February 1, when the Philippine fishermen were far away.

00:37 But after more than a week of surveillance,

00:40 more than 40 times, our ships were followed by 4 China Coast Guard vessels

00:45 which are 3105, 3302, 3063, and 3064.

00:53 China Coast Guard ships also violated the rules of the maritime patrol 4 times.

01:01 The nearest distance is more than 170 meters.

01:05 The CCG vessels also crossed in front of the BRP Teresa Magbanua.

01:10 According to the PCG, it is against the Convention on International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.

01:17 The PCG vessels also radioed to the ships of China to inform them that the ship is going there according to international law.

01:26 China has not yet made any statement regarding this.

01:29 But on February 5, China said that they followed a PCG ship from Bajo de Masinloc.

01:36 But the National Security Council said that what China said is not true.

01:40 Unlike what the PCG vessels experienced in Bajo de Masinloc, the last RORE mission of the Philippines was well-organized.

01:49 Although there were presence of China Coast Guard and maritime militia ships,

01:54 no dangerous maneuver was carried out.

01:57 Instead, it seems that they were escorted.

02:00 Actually, one of the Coast Guard and one of the maritime militia were close.

02:04 They proved that when our resupply vessel was approaching, they lowered two rigid hull inflatable boats.

02:10 Then they went inside.

02:14 The Philippine Navy said that this maneuver was synchronized with their press statement after that.

02:20 They will say that we were allowed and escorted.

02:23 But the Philippines should not relax even though the actions of the ships of China changed.
