00:35 And all the coaches that he thought he was gonna have under that staff is going to be
00:40 turned over as well.

00:48 Though the Seahawks had interest in Grubb from the start, one reason for waiting to
00:52 make the hire official was to allow a 30-day window for Alabama players to enter the portal
01:00 to pass, which means this shows intent to deceive.
01:09 In this era of doing everything you can for the players whenever they challenge an issue,
01:16 this shows that you can get a waiver if Alabama players that are on offense want to go into
01:21 the next transfer portal window.
01:23 Lawyer up, sit there and press the SEC for the waiver to get you immediate eligibility.

01:34 This is intent to protect your roster so the players would not go to other SEC schools.

01:50 It was a situation where he was able to hold it together because of his reputation as a

02:22 I think the SEC window of only playing an SEC, playing for an inside conference transfers,

02:33 I think that's no different than allowing multiple transfers in a season.
