00:13 This is some of the winter featured menu.
00:15 I forget we're still in winter here, you know,
00:17 with the weather.
00:17 - Feels like it this week for sure.
00:19 - So this is awesome.
00:20 All right, let's talk about some of the dishes
00:22 you have here.
00:22 And I wanna, since we said it's still a little chilly,
00:24 what do we have down here?
00:25 - So that is our new Manhattan clam chowder.
00:27 So it comes in a big bowl,
00:28 served with a side of garlic cheese bread.
00:30 It's phenomenal.
00:31 - Oh my gosh.
00:32 All right, and then of course, the wings.
00:34 - Wings, yes.
00:34 So this is a new sauce for us.
00:36 It's our Streets Gold sauce.
00:37 So it's a mix of a gold barbecue sauce,
00:39 which is like a mustard based barbecue sauce
00:40 and our medium buffalo sauce.
00:42 - Oh my goodness.
00:43 And pizza. - It's phenomenal.
00:44 - You can't go wrong with pizza.
00:45 - Yeah, so this is-- - That's what you guys are.
00:46 - Absolutely.
00:47 And this is something totally new for us.
00:48 So it's our smoked brisket pizza.
00:49 So it's got the gold barbecue sauce base,
00:51 provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese,
00:53 hickory smoked brisket, red onions.
00:55 And then we actually top it with a giardiniera.
00:57 - Oh my gosh.
00:57 - So yeah. - So delicious.
00:58 All right, and of course, after you've had all this,
01:00 you gotta save room for dessert.
01:02 - Yes.
01:03 - 'Cause down there is the famous--
01:04 - Yes, that is our peppermint mousse cheesecake
01:06 that we have right now for the season.
01:07 So if you're a peppermint fan, it's perfect.
01:09 - I love it.
01:10 All right, you got something for us that's really cool.
01:11 And this is also on the menu.
01:13 And what's this?
01:13 - So this is gonna be our Italian beef sandwich.
01:15 So we actually added it back on recently
01:17 and it's been a great seller.
01:18 So people are really loving it.
01:20 So yeah, so we've got our Wildflower Bread Company bread.
01:23 They make our bread for us fresh every day.
01:25 So we do our garlic butter.
01:27 - And that's what I love.
01:27 You guys are local, so you use a lot of local people,
01:30 a lot of local ingredients,
01:31 a lot of local businesses together here.
01:33 - Yeah, absolutely.
01:34 We try to definitely support Arizona as much as we can.
01:37 - Even to the point where you guys are up north
01:39 in the Prescott area too.
01:40 - Yeah, absolutely.
01:42 - So I like this.
01:42 All right, what else we got?
01:43 What cheese do we put on there?
01:45 - We got provolone cheese on there.
01:46 We got garlic butter on there.
01:47 We're gonna put the roast beef here in our au jus.
01:49 Let that soak for a few minutes.
01:50 - I'm sorry, in the what?
01:51 - Au jus.
01:52 - Au jus. - Yes.
01:53 - Au jus, what is the au jus?
01:54 - So it's like an Italian, basically like beef broth.
01:57 So yeah, it's just got some good spices in there.
01:59 It gives a lot of flavor to the meat.
02:00 - I like it.
02:00 I love how you just slip that into the oven very quickly.
02:02 - Through the magic of TV,
02:04 we've got one already done here for us.
02:05 - There you go.
02:06 And put in the, of course, the meat with the au jus.
02:10 - Goes in the bowl.
02:11 - There we go.
02:12 Look at that.
02:12 Oh my gosh.
02:13 - Yeah, this one is really good.
02:14 - That looks so delicious.
02:16 - And then it gets topped actually with our giardiniera.
02:18 So this is a mild giardiniera, so it's not overly, yes.
02:21 - You're using some big words for me today.
02:23 - So this is our pickled vegetable giardiniera.
02:25 So it's peppers, onions, banana peppers, carrots, celery,
02:30 and it's all in like an olive oil.
02:32 It's phenomenal.
02:33 - There it is.
02:34 And it's all ready to go.
02:35 - Yep.
02:35 - Oh my gosh.
02:36 - And it gets served with a side of our au jus.

02:39 Some big things happening this week for you.
02:40 Let's start with Friday.
02:41 What do you got going on?
02:42 - So Friday, we're doing the Pizza Across America campaign.
02:44 So we are providing pizzas for a school.
02:47 We're doing pizzas for them.
02:49 And it's a big program for all across the United States.
02:52 Everyone gets together and all the pizza places
02:54 donate pizza.
02:55 - I love it.
02:56 - Yeah.
02:57 And then in honor of National Pizza Day,
02:58 we're also doing $2 slices all day.
03:00 - Oh my gosh.
03:01 - So perfect grab on the go lunch, come on in.
03:03 - And the big game, the big game's this weekend.

03:06 we know people are not gonna wanna cook.
03:08 They're gonna sit around and of course see
