00:00 After that scene, I remember going straight to the car and sleeping
00:04 because I was so tired. I got so tired.
00:28 Oh my God, we were like babies. I remember being so scared because
00:38 we would always shoot that night. It was like a horror genre every day.
00:45 In one scene, it felt so real and I really felt so scared in one of the scenes. I couldn't shake
00:58 it off. Then I had to ask for a break from the shoot and they were waiting for me.
01:04 But yeah, it was fun. These were our fun days before. We were just having fun on the set.
01:11 It didn't matter what we were doing or what time we were doing it.
01:20 There was a big fan on the set because it was so hot. We just had this big, gigantic fan
01:29 on the set. I was chatting with my director, Loren Jorgi, and we were talking about the scene.
01:35 All of a sudden, the fan broke. The blades were made of wood, this big.
01:41 And then it came off and it just went here, behind us both. We were just like,
01:49 "Oh my gosh, we almost died."
01:51 I will never forget this movie because of Janic Delgado. I will never forget that scene
02:09 because he played a priest, a troubled priest. I think he was a young hustler.
02:18 I had a scene with Mr. Delgado, Janic Delgado. I had to mock him and make fun of him and
02:30 be the bigger, the larger character. It was really, really hard because his presence was
02:40 just so strong. Janic Delgado, he's a legend. He's an icon. He's just one of those actors
02:51 who has a strong presence. I had to get drunk to finish that scene. Not that I'm drunk that
03:03 I can't finish the movie. I was allowed to calm myself down with a few shots of gin
03:08 so I could perform well. I prepared, I did everything, but I remember shaking and being
03:17 so nervous and excited at the same time. I had to calm my nerves. I was able to do it,
03:25 but after that scene, I remember going straight to the car and sleeping because I was so tired.
03:30 I totally enjoyed this experience working with Ann, I mean shooting in Baler and wearing a
03:53 costume. I remember we built a church. That was our set. That was really cool. We shot the exterior
04:07 scenes in Antipolo. Then inside, we went to interior shots, shot in Baler. The entire thing
04:17 was so... it's a real movie set. That was quite an experience. We had to learn a bit of Spanish.
04:26 We didn't have a lot of time. I think it was Ryan Eigenman slapped me, of course, on the face.
04:36 Then he removed my mustache. I think I posted that clip just recently. This was
04:46 one of my favorite films.
04:49 My baby, this was my first time to co-produce. We received the script without dialogue. This was my
05:09 first taste of collaboration with a director, really. I had so much fun with Ian Nolenos
05:15 and Bugoy Carino. I'm super proud of this film because it went to so many festivals.
05:23 We got to travel with this film. This was the film that made me realize that I want to keep doing
05:31 this. I want to keep collaborating. I want to keep producing films. This is my inspiration for now,
05:37 for this season in my life. We're producing a film now. Actually, two films now. I just keep
05:46 thinking about this film.
05:48 Hey, what's your project?
05:54 This is so ugly. I can't finish it.
05:56 Why are you here?
05:58 Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
06:06 I don't know what I was doing here. This is my second film with Mark Mele. I'm supposed to play a teenager and then someone in his 40s.
06:16 Sometimes I just don't understand what I'm doing.
06:20 Then Mark just goes, "I got you a good take."
06:22 So I was like, "Okay, good."
06:24 I mean, after finishing the film, I just felt so lost. I thought, "Okay, I don't really know if I did okay with my work."
06:32 Yeah, it was fun. I mean, I had fun with the cast.
