00:24 Residents and motorists were warned not to cross the road to avoid the disaster.

00:31 In the report of Lupi MDRRMO, water reached Barrera Junior and Polontuna Spillways due to the constant rain.

00:39 The rain in Camarines Sur and some parts of Bicol yesterday was the effect of the shear line, according to the forecast.

00:45 For now, in the Eastern Visayas and Caraga region, the shear line will be raining.

00:49 This morning, the rain will be expected in some parts of Visayas, Caraga region, Davao region, Cagayan Valley, Quezon province, Mimaropa region and Bicol.

00:58 That is based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

01:01 If the sun rises in the afternoon, it will be rainy.

01:03 And the entire country, particularly in Mindanao, will be affected.

01:06 Heavy to intense rains may occur, such as floods or landslides.
