Recipe Appetizer

The fig season is well and truly underway, and since it is short we are determined to take advantage of it! These little fruits can be used in endless variations: in a salad, in a tart or
roasted, as an appetizer, this soft and sweet fruit never ceases to amaze us! Today we decided to make little toasts/bruschetta made with goat cream cheese, figs, honey and rosemary, a delicious combo that you absolutely have to try! These vegetarian toasts will be perfect as a starter, or as a complete meal accompanied by a salad :-)

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of country bread
- 6 Tbsp of goat cream cheese
- 3 figs (+/-depending on the size of the bread)
- 1 Tbsp of honey
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
