Ingredients:
For marinade:
- 3.5 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp water

For cooking:
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp corn starch

To decorate:
- Chives (or scallions)
- Sesame seeds
