00:00 You know, Kevin, the way that he was able to lead and manage through challenges and adversity this year was absolutely
00:07 phenomenal. And we have a smart, adaptable, emotionally intelligent leader, who, you know, the crazy part is he's not
00:18 even close to his ceiling. And this is a guy who, hopefully in the next month, should, you know, earn his, you know,
00:24 second Coach of the Year award in his first 4 years as a head coach. And I know that our organization is in really good
00:29 hands, both now and for the foreseeable future with him. And I really would be remiss if I didn't mention, you know,
00:35 Bubba and Jim, who did a phenomenal job of revitalizing the kicking game for us, revitalizing the defense. They were
00:42 phenomenal additions to the organization and really pleased with, you know, really the work that those staffs did. So

01:07 just improvement, but positioning the organization in a way where, you know, we can have our first home playoff game in
01:16 29 years, where we can consistently, you know, produce playoff teams and deep runs. And ultimately, the goal is to
01:24 bring the franchise its first Super Bowl. So all the decisions moving forward will be with that goal in mind. And at
01:31 times that way lead to, you know, hard and uncomfortable, you know, decisions. But everything will be with that
01:38 mindset for improvement. And it's because we know that our fans will appreciate it. We owe it to our fans. We owe it to
01:45 the city. We owe it to the players, coaches and staff in the organization. That's really our fiduciary
