Still alive in all comps for LFC.

00:00 Obviously, two huge cup games coming up, EFL Cup, that they go away to Fulham with an aggregate
00:06 lead and then Norwich in the FA Cup. They were sort of in this predicament a couple
00:11 of seasons ago where they were on for the treble or quadruple, minus the Champions League
00:16 this time round, but it's all looking like it could come together and these two cup games
00:20 could play a big part in that.
00:23 Yes, it's interesting because at the start of the season you're probably thinking top
00:28 four for Liverpool are maybe a piece of silverware, but as you say, it's not the quadruple, but
00:33 they're still fighting on four fronts.
00:35 We've got one foot on the Wembley door against Fulham, that'll be a difficult game. I think
00:40 Jürgen Klopp knows that, but Liverpool are certainly in the driving seat heading into
00:44 it.
00:45 And then the game against Norwich in the FA Cup, it's only the fourth round. Yes, Liverpool
00:51 will be massive, massive favourites to win that one. I think if Liverpool fans had to
00:56 give up one right now, it probably would be the FA Cup, just because there's still a few
01:00 rounds until they would be reaching the final.
01:03 The Carabao Cup, I know that it's seen as the least prestigious of the four, but when
01:12 Liverpool won it two years ago, it was a great day. I was at Wembley, beat Chelsea on penalties
01:16 and Liverpool hadn't been to Wembley for a while before that and it was a really well-celebrated
01:22 victory for the Reds.
01:24 And then obviously the Roca League, if you're going to win one competition, Liverpool will
01:28 want to win that. In terms of knockout competitions, I beg your pardon, rather than the Premier
01:33 League. Obviously, that's a major piece of silverware and it gets you into the Champions
01:38 League.
01:39 So it'll be interesting, you think Klopp will go strong against Fulham, probably a similar
01:43 team that they played at Bournemouth, maybe make a couple of changes.
01:47 And then the FA Cup game against Norwich, you think Jürgen Klopp can afford to make
01:52 a few changes to his team, maybe bring a few of the younger players into the side that
01:57 have been on the periphery, that have been impressive.
02:00 Jürgen Klopp in training, I best recall from Zunzi during his long spell, and Bobby Clarke,
02:06 who is really highly rated, brought in from Newcastle a couple of years ago and signed
02:10 a pro deal earlier this season, came on off the bench against Newcastle.
02:16 So two cup games and then Liverpool got Chelsea back into the bread and butter of the league.
