Iowa Hawkeyes head coach Lisa Bluder and guard Caitlin Clark spoke postgame about getting run into by a fan.

00:13 That just should not happen. It should not happen.

00:16 Our players should be safe. They should be able to walk off the floor.

00:19 That's very disappointing. I think Ohio State, great team, great environment,

00:25 but obviously very disappointed with the postgame with our players getting injured trying to walk out of the gym.

00:33 I guess for both of you, what was your point of view, what happened on the floor after the game?

00:44 And Kaitlyn, I guess, are you okay physically? How are you?

00:48 Yeah, I'm okay. I think, like, great environment, obviously.

00:57 Obviously I can see they're storming the court, which is totally fine.

01:05 I was just trying to exit the court as quickly as possible, so I started running

01:09 and I was absolutely just hammered by somebody trying to run onto the court.

01:13 Basically blindsided and kind of scary.

01:17 Could have caused a pretty serious injury to me and knocked a win out of me.

01:21 Luckily, my teammates kind of picked me up and got me off the court.

01:25 Their AD already came and apologized to me, so I really appreciate that.

01:29 This is what comes with the territory. I'm sure they tried their best to do whatever they could.

01:35 Obviously it didn't work, and that's disappointing.

01:37 But, you know, just focus now on the game and ways we can get better.
