00:04 According to Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson Jay Tariella,

00:09 they are collecting seashells near the south entrance of Bajo de Masinloc,
00:15 near the rubber boat of the China Coast Guard with five personnel.
00:19 This is in response to the fishermen who caught the fish in the sea.
00:25 Four of the personnel were chased by the fishermen and Chinese personnel were still there holding onto their boats so they wouldn't leave.
00:34 For now, Philippine Coast Guard is waiting for the return of the Filipino fishermen from the sea.
