00:19 I think he can lead this team.
00:21 But at the same time, there's a unique situation where I have to look and
00:24 our staff has to look at everything.
00:26 And that's exactly what we're gonna do.
00:28 And that's the same with free agency.
00:29 We're gonna look at our free agents, get with my personnel staff,
00:34 do evaluations, and again, make the best decision we can for
00:38 this organization to take the next step.

00:43 That was really good to see.
00:44 That's something we emphasized with Justin, that and the sack total.
00:47 And he did a really good job of doing that.
00:49 And what's the most important, that is the turnover margin.
00:52 How did we go five and three in the last eight?
00:55 That was really the turnover margin, right?
00:56 It's plus 12, right?
00:58 That's second in the NFL during that time.
01:00 So those are all winning.
01:01 >> I'm seeing the things that Justin did this year, his ability to make plays.
01:06 Coach talked about some of those improvements,
01:07 keeping his eyes on the field, taking less sacks.
01:09 See a lot of growth there where he can continue to get better.
01:14 So I'll have the same mindset.
01:16 Someone needs to really show that they can, and it's not just a film.
01:21 I need the person.
01:22 There's a whole process here that we have to figure out.
01:25 But what we're gonna do is do what's best for the organization.
01:28 I'm sure there's gonna be similar situations in terms of the trade back.
01:32 And I gotta weigh all of those things to see what's-

01:35 that we're gonna get kicked off in terms of finding the right fit.
01:39 And we talked about it a little bit, but
01:40 the ability to be adaptable to the talent that you have is critical.
01:45 I think Matt hit it, we saw it across the league.
01:48 There's some teams that actually got better with a lot of changes.
01:53 If you don't have the ability to adapt and adjust to the talent that you have at
01:56 that position, it makes it really hard.
01:58 So that's gonna be a part of our process.
