00:06 to explain President Bongbong Marcos' greeting to the victory of Lai Ching-teh in the presidential elections in Taiwan.

00:15 The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Mao Ning, said,

00:19 "Marcos' statements are a serious violation of the one-China policy,

00:23 a violation of the political commitments of the Philippines to China and a violation of the Chinese internal affairs."

00:30 She also said, "The Philippines should not be influenced by the wrong words and actions regarding the Taiwan issues."

00:38 She also asked the President to read and understand the history of the Taiwan issue.

00:44 Malacanang has not yet responded to this.

00:46 The Department of Foreign Affairs clearly stated that the President's greeting is a way to thank Taiwan
