00:00 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Willem Kempel!
00:05 [Cheering]
00:10 You know, it's wonderful to be part of this community of artists and entertainers,
00:15 people that, by sharing their experience, imagining others' perspectives,
00:22 telling stories, and musing on what is, was, and most importantly could be,

00:32 particularly needed in these detached, technology-driven, and divisive times.
00:39 One word-for-word talking point I got from the people here.
00:44 It said, "Willem has been called one of the greatest American actors in our lifetime."
00:49 I'll call him that. I'll go as far as to say he is the greatest American actor in our lifetime.
00:57 You cannot compare his career to anyone's, truthfully.
01:02 So it is our fortune to have him, and I personally am forever grateful.
