00:00 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has started making a bench for the Supreme Court for the ballot.

00:06 This is the fifth time that the Tehreek-e-Insaf has knocked on the doors of the courts for the ballot.

00:11 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had filed a request in Peshawar High Court on 11th December before the election commission's decision was made.

00:17 And had expressed their concerns that the ballot is being snatched from PTI.

00:23 Peshawar High Court, on this request, has stopped the election commission from taking a decision till 19th December.

00:30 Once again, a request was filed on the expenses of snatching the ballot.

00:34 Peshawar High Court has used this and has stopped the election commission from taking a final decision till 21st December.

00:42 And then, this court has issued a ruling to the election commission to take a decision till 22nd December.

00:48 Five members of the election commission have acted upon the orders of Peshawar High Court and have decided on 22nd December.

00:54 And have taken back the electoral sign, calling the Tehreek-e-Insaf's intraparty election as a 'Kaladam'.

00:58 Tehreek-e-Insaf has again knocked on the doors of Peshawar High Court against the election commission's decision.

01:03 On 26th December, Tehreek-e-Insaf has filed a request.

01:06 The request was also made for the Kauri Samad.

01:08 And then, on the same day, the decision of the election commission was stopped.

01:12 The court has issued an order to remove the ballot, upload it on the certificate website and to keep the matter in front of the division bench.

01:19 Tehreek-e-Insaf has once again got relief.

01:21 On 26th December, Tehreek-e-Insaf has again filed a request for the court against the election commission on the decision of level playing field.

01:29 The election commission has decided to go to the Supreme Court first.

01:37 But on 29th December, the election commission has filed a second appeal against the decision in Peshawar High Court.

01:42 And then, on this second appeal, Peshawar High Court has taken back the decision of the election commission.

01:49 After this decision, Tehreek-e-Insaf has once again got relief.

01:53 Now, the division bench of Peshawar High Court has to end this matter on 9th January.

01:58 But, Tehreek-e-Insaf has filed a request in the Supreme Court today.

02:01 And in this request, has called for the decision of Peshawar High Court to be declared as a 'Kaladam'.
