A Christmas lover has transformed her home - into a giant gingerbread house.
Carmen Croxall, 34, spent two weeks decorating the front of her rented home in Exeter, Devon.
And she says the end result is "next level" - having decorated the property several times in the last 18 months.
The latest design is complete with biscuit window frames, candy canes and gingerbread men.
And Carmen, who runs a props business, says around 70 percent of the house is made from recycled materials.

00:00 I have turned my house into a life-size gingerbread house.
00:12 It started two weeks ago.
00:13 First of all, I made loads of kind of MDF bricks, painted them with wood stain, a bit
00:18 of a sponge, kind of made that gingerbread texture.
00:22 And then I covered the whole house in bricks.
00:25 And then I started making like kind of 3D sweets, you know, out of like milk cartons
00:30 and old ball pit balls and stuff, lots of recycled materials.
00:33 I was in this kind of working trance where I just worked and worked and worked.
00:38 And then at the end of it, I kind of looked back and I was like, oh my goodness, what
00:42 have I done?
00:43 Cost of fortune, kind of buy all the equipment, so I used what I had.
00:48 I am really proud.
00:50 It's probably one of the best things I've ever done, creatively I guess, which is good
00:54 and bad because I feel like that's it, I've reached the peak now.
01:00 And I don't know, it worries me a little bit what I could do next because I feel like whatever
01:04 I do next isn't going to be as good because this is like literally the best thing I've
01:10 ever done.
01:11 One of my neighbours was like, oh, it's lovely, it's really creative.
01:16 But, you know, I'll see what they say in like a couple of weeks when, you know, all
01:20 people are coming down, having a look and stuff.
01:23 I really won't like it as much.
01:26 Because my house is quite small, I can just hear people chatting about it outside, like
01:31 just groups of people taking pictures and stuff.
01:35 And I hear like kids going past and whenever I go out, there's cars slowing down.
01:40 So it definitely gets noticed.
01:42 I mean, obviously it sticks out quite a lot.
01:45 I just did it for a bit of fun, really.
