Burnley boss Vincent Kompany says you have to manage frustrations as a Premier League manager as they prepare to face Brighton
Transcript
00:00 Can I just check your frustration levels?
00:01 Because having seen what happened on Tuesday night at Wolverhampton Wanderers,
00:05 I imagine your frustration levels must be fairly high at the moment.
00:08 On the moment, but you have to learn to manage this in the job
00:16 and always turn it into something productive.
00:19 My way to deal with these things is to get up the next morning and go again.
00:25 But it's an important mindset.
00:28 How do you deal with that with the players?
00:30 Are you talking to them in the dressing room directly after the game?
00:33 Or are you a manager that likes the dust to settle and will maybe analyse that the day after?
00:37 I think you always have a small debrief after the game,
00:43 usually in the dressing room, a couple of minutes, but nothing.
00:47 Sometimes there's a lot to say, sometimes not a lot.
00:50 And then the next day, but always we have another game now on Saturday.
00:56 so it's also leading into that next game.
