00:00 What did you see on that pick there in the end zone to make the decision to jump it around?
00:04 Yeah, I mean, I knew his back was to me. I just had to throw him a little higher right there.
00:10 I gave him a chance, but yeah, I mean, I was getting a little bit of a surprise there.
00:16 Definitely one of them for sure. Yeah, they're tough.
00:22 What did you think of the team's reaction to the fact that you had to track that?
00:30 I mean, my job is to not watch the knee line. My job is to kind of look over that and just feel them.
00:36 So I obviously went forward here, but within three seconds I'm sure he can do it. But pretty well.
00:43 Outside of the pressure, were there any looks on the back end that they were giving you that were confusing you at all?
00:48 Or was there anything that you had seen differently?
00:50 No, they did what they do and Craig's been doing really well.
00:54 They played on demand pretty much the whole entire time and got right up in our receivers' face.
01:00 And did a good job of guarding the puck.
01:02 Jack, it's tough going a little bit of speed here. You're kicking it in the end zone.
01:06 In fact, this program didn't actually play in court until the first year.
01:09 It got to this point. I guess what does it say about just the program and how well it's taken on the step?
01:18 I don't know. That's a tough question. Obviously, you get here and you want to win.
01:22 I don't know. To me, I don't want to sound like a negative guy, but to me it kind of is, you know, we got here, we lost.
01:32 So, you know, you want us to win and we didn't do that today.
01:41 Do you have any thoughts about any of the things that you had in mind?
01:48 I'm sure there are. I mean, we had a couple of plays where it was like you said, a little things.
01:57 Maybe the ball was a little more accurate. Maybe we break a tackle or maybe we block a guy a little better.
02:04 It's a different game, but hey, that's for them too.
02:08 I'm sure they got their fair share of plays where they say, hey, if we were going to do this different, you know, next time you see what happens.
02:15 Was there anything they were doing that kept you up from getting any kind of run in those games?
02:20 Just little mistakes here and there?
02:22 Yeah, I mean, they played good defense the whole time and they guarded us tight and they made it tough for us.
02:27 Their safeties did a good job when we ran the ball and they came from about 12 yards deep and they came down to fill and make tackles with the right scrimmage.
02:36 Obviously, the D-line was very good. So, you know, it was tough for us all night.
02:43 Jeff kind of described after he picked that the Marines felt like they kind of just came down and out of the bag.
02:51 Was that a bit of a gut punch moment for you guys to have that play?
02:56 I mean, we definitely didn't do anything after that, but I think guys stayed positive on the sideline.
03:01 We had our chances to go down there. Even after the pick, we were down seven, I think. We still had a chance to tie it up.
03:10 So, you know, I mean, does it suck? Yeah. I figure it was about third and seven or something like that.
03:18 In my mind, we were down four, so I had to be a little aggressive and should have probably placed the ball higher than the guys behind us.
03:27 But, yeah, we definitely still had our chance to win the game.
03:32 Your play with Jamari, was that a Jets weave, reverse?
03:36 Yeah, it was supposed to be a trouble to him and we had the line blocking the counter for him. So, that was what the design was.
