00:32 But Guy Renner-Thompson said he would oppose the creation of low traffic neighbourhoods
00:36 or clean air zones if he is elected.
00:39 And finally, Rick Astley has been announced as one of the headliners for next year's
00:42 Mouth of the Tyne Festival.
00:44 The world famous performer will be at the Tyne Mouth Priory in Castle on the 12th of
00:47 July next year, alongside many other acts that will be announced after Christmas.
