A unique coffee shop has opened in Stockport today on the 16th of November
The Coffee House is an independent coffee company known for its daily handmade fresh food and roasted coffee - and a brand new store now sits in Merseyway Shopping Centre in Stockport.
The business was created in 2011 by two brothers - Chris and Stephen - in the small Cheshire village of Lymm, and now it has expanded to include 18 premium coffee shops across the North West.
Each of the stores pays homage to the community it is situated in - with exclusive wall murals showcasing the area's landmarks.
The new Stockport store also has furnishings crafted by the brothers' father, adding to the handmade nature of the business.

00:00 We look like a brand, I think.
00:02 Yeah.
00:04 We don't look out of place, you know, in somewhere like Stockport.
00:08 And we've already had good feedback this morning.
00:11 We've only been open a couple of hours, so that's really, really nice
00:14 and, you know, hopefully it'll continue.
00:16 A unique coffee shop has opened in Stockport today on the 16th of November.
00:21 The Coffee House is an independent coffee company known for its daily
00:25 handmade fresh food and roasted coffee beans,
00:27 and a brand new store now sits in Merseyway Shopping Centre in Stockport.
00:31 The business was created in 2011 by two brothers, Chris and Stephen,
00:36 in the small Cheshire village of Lim,
00:38 and now it has expanded to include 18 premium coffee shops across the North West.
00:43 Each of the stores pays homage to the community it is situated in,
00:47 with exclusive wall murals showcasing the area's landmarks.
00:50 The new Stockport store also has furnishings crafted by the brother's father,
00:54 adding to the handmade nature of the business.
00:57 We make everything ourselves, so from our cakes to all our food in the fridge,
01:02 we roast our own coffee, we bake our own tea cakes and bread.
01:08 So it's really, really good because we can kind of make whatever product we want to.
01:13 Even down to the table tops and the counter, the dad does that.
01:17 It's quite a family-run kind of business and truly independent.
01:21 When we first opened in Lim, up until about five or six stores,
01:26 they used to use the farm in Lim to get the milk from,
01:30 to the point of, you know, Chris and Steve would go down there,
01:32 pretty much know the names of the cows and things like that.
01:35 So it was really kind of, and they used to use a local bakery,
01:39 local butchers, which I still think they use,
01:41 so we're quite proud of that really.
01:45 It's amazing that we've managed to get a new store open
01:49 just before we kind of properly launch Christmas, which is this weekend.
01:53 We've had so much excitement in the town about another new fantastic coffee shop opening.
01:59 It's brilliant to see that new businesses are coming and joining the town.
02:04 Brilliant to see that business is such high quality.
02:07 This is a beautiful, beautifully fit out store.
02:10 It's run independently by two brothers.
02:12 We always talk about shopping local, keeping things local,
02:15 supporting local businesses, supporting independence.
02:18 We've got the Christmas period now, so come out into your high streets,
02:21 come out into your local communities and try and spend your money locally
02:25 and try and support those businesses who are here all year round for you.
02:28 We tend to put ourselves on high streets where we can really make a difference.
02:32 Yeah, the last place we opened, you know, the unit had been closed for nine years,
02:37 so it's fully, like, empty.
02:39 You know, and having a coffee shop, bringing people in, friends and family can meet,
02:45 then while they're here they can go shopping.
02:48 Everyone's trying to bring back the high street,
02:50 and by bringing, you know, an independent chain into the streets, it brings people in.
02:56 Everyone's working together to change the way that people use the high streets again.
