00:00 When I have to sit at home alone and think about the work we do every day,
00:08 the sacrifices we all make, I know I've given my life to it.
00:29 There's no doubt that she will leave a legacy at Chelsea.
00:33 I think the legacy that all football managers would be very proud of leaving,
00:39 and she should be very proud of that.
00:42 And one, I think me and all other managers are going to try and make life not just as difficult
00:49 and unpleasant for her as possible before she leaves.
00:53 In elite performance, you can't have work-life balance.
00:57 It don't exist.
00:59 All I know is no matter what, I've given everything I can to the team, to the club,
01:04 to put us in the place that, and I say this with Catherine Ito in the room,
01:09 I'm still the f***ing kid in Camden that's had an absolute ride of a time.
01:26 This is a great day for women's football, and I said to the players this morning,
01:30 100 years ago we'd be talking about, around that period, a little bit later,
01:35 the Dick Kerr ladies. 100 years later we're talking about Chelsea women,
01:39 and we should be because we're deserving domestic quadruple winners.
01:45 I've never coped with a player like her.
01:48 A player to have such conviction, such confidence, such courage, the way she attacks everything.
01:58 What I love about Sam is she's willing to take responsibility for the team in the top end of the pitch.
02:05 She's a national treasure. Look after her.
02:08 She just has the confidence in her abilities now to deliver again and again and again, I think,
02:13 and with that pairing, they terrorise the fences.
02:18 I don't think I probably expected to be in this job as long as I have been,
02:32 but I think that's a healthy attitude, and one that has got me to this point,
02:37 because I don't take anything for granted, including my position.
02:41 Passion doesn't die, and it evolves.
