00:09 Welcome to Bachelor's Cooking
00:10 Today we will teach you how to make Paneer Dabeli
00:13 This is a famous dish of Gujarat and is very popular in Bombay
00:16 So for this we have to prepare a stuffing of Paneer, which is called Dabeli Masala
00:21 So we have to make Paneer Dabeli Masala
00:24 So let's start making Paneer Dabeli Masala
00:27 In a grinder, first of all, take half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
00:31 One clove, four to five black pepper, brown cardamom
00:35 One fourth inch of cinnamon, ten cloves of garlic, one inch of ginger
00:41 Medium sized onion, green chili
00:43 One fourth teaspoon of turmeric
00:45 Half teaspoon of coriander seed powder or dhania powder
00:48 Half teaspoon of red chili powder
00:51 So all the spices are in it
00:54 Now we have to make a very fine paste
00:58 And now let's start the process
01:01 For this, first of all, I have taken two spoons of oil in a pan
01:06 Let the oil heat up a little
01:09 So we will put about one to one and a half onions in it
01:13 So cook the onions until they are brown
01:20 You can see that the onions are brown
01:24 Now we will add the prepared masala in it
01:30 Cook for about a minute
01:37 The oil will be released
01:39 You can see that our spices are well cooked
01:43 Now we will add salt
01:48 Salt as per taste
01:50 And you can leave it covered for about half a minute
01:55 It's been about half a minute
01:59 Mix it once
02:01 Add about half a teaspoon of garam masala
02:06 And with this we will add cottage cheese
02:10 Mix it carefully
02:17 So now our cottage cheese is also mixed in the masala
02:22 Cover it for half a minute
02:27 The stuffing that we prepared
02:34 We have crushed it in the grinder
02:37 And now we will make dabeli from it
02:40 So let's start the next process
02:43 For this, we have taken a bread loaf
02:45 It is called Pav
02:47 And we have cut it in half
02:49 Now we will fill it
02:51 To fill it, first of all
02:53 Take tamarind chutney
02:55 Take coriander and mint chutney
03:02 Green chutney will be a little spicy
03:06 Put that on it too
03:09 After applying both the chutneys
03:11 The filling that we prepared
03:13 Take this filling
03:15 Spread it like this
03:20 And after this
03:23 Put some roasted peanuts in it
03:28 Like this
03:30 Put roasted peanuts in it
03:33 Close it
03:37 After closing it, what you have to do
03:41 Take a pan
03:43 Add a little oil in it
03:45 About a teaspoon
03:48 We are using olive oil
03:51 Spread it
03:53 And cook it
03:56 And put it in it
04:02 And let it cook for about a minute
04:06 After that, turn it over
04:08 And cook from the other side too
04:11 It's been about a minute
04:13 It's cooked from one side
04:15 Now turn it over carefully
04:17 And let it cook from the other side too
04:20 If you want, you can use pomegranate seeds along with peanuts
04:27 But because we have to cook it well
04:29 That's why we have not used pomegranate seeds
04:32 Because it releases water while cooking
04:38 If you want, you can garnish it with pomegranate seeds later
04:41 Turn it over again
04:45 And your Paneer Dabeli is ready
