00:49 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seed powder,
00:54 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder, 1 teaspoon sesame seed powder,
01:00 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
01:04 Grind all these ingredients and make a powder.
01:08 You have to eat this with raw papaya.
01:11 You have to use this for 5 days.
01:14 From the 5th day, you have to soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in 1 glass of water
01:19 overnight and drink this water in the morning.
01:26 After drinking this water, you have to do Kapalbhati Pranayam for 10 minutes.
01:32 Similarly, soak it in the morning and drink this water in the evening.
01:38 After drinking this water, you have to do Kapalbhati Pranayam.
