01:42 Chucky twice in Bride, once in the bathtub and then again at the film's end, Seed was far less clear.

03:35 Prior to joining the Child's Play franchise, Jennifer Tilly was hesitant to sign on to a
03:39 horror film. Now, she's not only played the human and doll forms of Tiffany Valentine,
03:45 but a fictionalized version of herself too. "How come I don't ever get any of the good roles
03:49 anymore? How come nobody takes me seriously?" In Seed of Chucky, it was revealed that Jennifer
03:56 Tilly existed in the world of Child's Play, where she was also an actress. By the end of the film,
04:01 Tiffany had switched bodies with her and taken over her life, leading some to wonder what
04:06 happened to Jennifer herself. The series revealed the grim reality. "What more could I possibly give

04:19 Seed, Tiffany had been holding Jennifer captive as a doll. She'd also been dodging Jennifer's

04:47 his mother. But they weren't the only victims in 1988. Prior to becoming a living doll,
04:53 Charles had a partner named Eddie Caputo, who left the killer stranded at the start of the first movie.

05:47 Rarely has it been so violent. Bride of Chucky introduced audiences to Tiffany several years

08:11 to the character, Chucky became the perfect place to explore the slasher's origins. In flashback,
08:16 we're shown that Chucky's first kill was, in fact, his mother. But the story didn't play out
08:21 quite the same. In the series, a man threatened the boy's family, killing his father. Chucky's
08:26 mother tried to protect her son by hiding, but ended up dying at his hand. "I helped."
08:31 "You got guts, kid." Following this reveal, the series continued to provide a window into
08:43 Charles' early life, notably casting Fiona Duruf as the adult version of the character.

09:19 Chucky presented an alternate narrative. After an argument, Tiffany revealed that she was the one
09:24 who called the police all those years ago. "I'd like to speak to Detective Mike Norris, please.
09:29 I have some information on the Lakeshore Strangler." She'd felt neglected and took
09:36 revenge. Looking back on the events of Bride of Chucky, this shouldn't come as too big of
09:40 a surprise. Chucky has always been shown to be selfish, while Tiffany has always been vindictive.

11:09 been abandoned by Dembella, Chucky is now aging rapidly and will die in his current doll body if
