00:10 A woman and a man were arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out of

00:16 The two dogs, as well as three other dogs, were seized as a precaution.
00:20 Go North East drivers have declined the latest pay offer from the bus company and will be

00:26 The pay offer of 10.3% was rejected last week by members of the Unite Union and now services
00:31 have been halted for at least 12 weeks.
