00:00 (Applause.)
00:02 So here is just some of what we will do as the 47th President of the United States.
00:08 We're all doing this together.
00:09 We're all doing this as a group.
00:10 I totally will obliterate.
00:14 We started it very strongly, got rid of a lot of bad ones in Washington, real bad ones.
00:19 But you know, they come back at you, all sorts of things, with the fake Mueller report.
00:23 By the way, no collusion at the end of two and a half years with Russia.
00:27 It was so interesting.
00:28 You know, during the campaign -- they started this earlier than my win, but we were doing
00:32 well.
00:34 And young staffers would come up to me, "Sir, it's so great to meet you, sir."
00:38 I said, "Nice to meet you.
00:39 What's going on?"
00:40 "Sir, do you have anything to do with Russia?"
00:41 And I said, "That's a strange question.
00:44 No, I don't know anything about -- the hell do I know about Russia?
00:47 We got enough problems."
00:49 And then two months later, another young man came up to me, "Hello, sir.
00:53 It's an honor."
00:54 "Sir, anything you are doing with Russia that maybe we should know about, sir?"
01:00 I said, "No, no, I don't know what you mean."
01:04 And this happened four or five times.
01:05 After about the fifth time, I said, "You know, there's something strange going on with Russia."
01:11 And that was it.
01:12 And then when she lost, they used that as an excuse for her loss because they were very
01:15 embarrassed.
01:16 You know, they say the biggest upset.
01:18 I didn't think it was.
01:19 I did a speech in Michigan.
01:20 I had 38,000 people there the day before.
01:24 And she did a speech, and she had, like, almost nobody.
01:26 She had, like, 100 people.
01:28 So I don't know why it's an upset, but they called it an upset.
01:31 But they used the Russia -- you know, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
01:37 They used that.
01:38 The fake media used that as a way of justifying her defeat.
01:42 They used it.
01:43 And it was supposed to be a one-day story, but it turned out to last for two and a half
01:47 years, you know, because it caught on.
01:49 It caught on.
01:50 Unbelievably caught on.
01:51 And then Mueller did the report -- 18 angry Democrats.
01:54 It was sick, angry Democrats.
01:56 And I think I had an angel in the room because they came up and they said, "I did nothing,"
02:01 but they would have written whatever they would have written.
02:03 They're very dishonest people.
02:05 Look at the J6 committee.
02:09 Think of it.
02:10 I mean, take a look at the committee.
02:12 If you look at this committee, it is -- they just put out a report.
02:16 Think of it.
02:18 Nobody has ever seen anything like it.
02:20 And the report, they've just deleted all evidence.
02:23 So if you're on trial, if anybody is on trial, you have no evidence whatsoever.
02:29 These are political thugs.
02:31 These are political thugs.
02:32 These are bad people.
02:34 And we'll see what happens because I think it's a disgrace.
02:38 And what's happened to a lot of people, it shouldn't be allowed to happen.
02:41 You could take a look at Portland.
02:43 You take a look at Minneapolis.
02:45 You take a look at Seattle, where they practically took over half of the city, a big part of
02:49 the city.
02:50 People were killed.
02:52 And nothing happens to them, but they went after some people.
02:56 And it's been very unfair, very -- two tears of justice.
03:00 So it's been a very interesting period.
03:03 But we have to protect our people.
03:04 We have to protect all of our people.
03:06 And we have to protect everybody, both sides.
03:09 But what's happened in this country is very sad.
03:11 I will totally obliterate the deep state, stop the weaponization of our government,
03:16 and overhaul the corrupt FBI and DOJ.
03:23 We're going to fix the DOJ.
03:25 The DOJ is corrupt.
03:27 The FBI is corrupt.
03:29 Before I even arrived at the Oval Office, I will shortly -- right after we win, I will
03:37 have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine settled.
03:40 Many people are dying.
03:41 You know, I did a town hall for CNN.
03:45 And I did so good that they fired the head of CNN.
03:47 I love that.
03:48 They got the highest ratings in 11 years, and they fired the head.
03:51 You're supposed to be the opposite.
03:52 You're supposed to say, "Congratulations."
03:55 But they fired him.
03:57 But we talked about all of these things at that town hall.
04:00 It was actually good.
04:01 Kaitlyn Collins, I think she ruined her -- Kaitlyn Collins, right?
04:05 I think she ruined her career that night.
04:07 It was not a great night for CNN.
04:09 But they did get good ratings.
04:11 That's the good news.
04:12 But I'm able to say very strongly that I'm the only candidate who can make a promise
04:18 that's a very important promise, the most important promise that we can have.
04:22 I will prevent World War III.
04:24 It's not going to happen.
04:25 It's not going to happen.
04:26 (Applause.)
04:27 And to stop the Marxist prosecutors who release rapists and murderers while persecuting Republicans,
04:35 conservatives, and people of faith, I will direct a completely overhauled DOJ to investigate
04:42 every radical DA and AG in America for their illegal, racist, and reverse enforcement of
04:49 the law.
04:50 As we restore the border, I will also use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis
04:56 by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home and the countries from
05:03 which they come.
05:05 On day one, I will repeal Joe Biden's insane electric vehicle mandate.
05:11 (Applause.)
05:12 Now, think of it.
05:15 Think of it.
05:16 Number one, I told you before, they're made all in China -- all going to be made in China
05:19 and other countries.
05:20 None here.
05:21 The United Auto Workers auto-endorsed Trump very quickly.
05:24 You know, for years and decades, they just automatically endorsed a Democrat.
05:28 But we've lost 50 percent of our automaking over the number of decades.
05:33 Goes to Mexico, goes to China.
05:35 Mexico, unbelievable.
05:36 A lot of it goes to Canada.
05:38 The USMCA has been unbelievable, what we did with that.
05:41 But a lot of it goes to Canada.
05:43 What they've done is so bad.
05:44 But now they want to do electric tanks.
05:47 So we have our big Sherman tanks running in.
05:49 They want to make them electric so they can be friendly -- environmentally friendly -- as
05:54 you go in and blast the hell out of a community that they want to blast out.
05:57 But it's done in an environmentally friendly way.
06:00 Now, think of it.
06:01 Now, the only problem is the tank can't go very far.
06:06 It doesn't have the kind of power they need.
06:09 But it can't go very far.
06:11 So they're going to have to put charging stations all up and down enemy territory.
06:15 These people are crazy, I'm telling you.
06:18 They want to make electric tanks.
06:19 And I said, "No, thanks."
06:21 And the other problem is the battery.
06:22 You know, the battery is so big that you'd have to have the tank towing a truck behind
06:26 it because the battery is very big.
06:29 (Laughter.)
06:30 That's a good idea.
06:31 Then they want to change our trucks to all-electric.
06:33 And I know a lot about trucks and a lot about the industry.
06:36 And I have a lot of friends in the industry -- big ones.
06:38 The biggest guys, the biggest.
06:39 They have hundreds of these things, big ones.
06:42 And one of them said, "You know, I've been doing this for 60 years, and every year my
06:46 truck gets bigger, better.
06:47 I build these big -- I get these big trucks.
06:50 They're incredible."
06:51 Peter built -- different manufacturers.
06:54 And I buy a lot of them every year.
06:55 He's a big -- owns a lot of them.
06:57 And one of the biggest -- great guy.
07:00 I won't use his name.
07:01 I don't want to get him in trouble.
07:03 But great guy.
07:04 But -- oh, they're all great guys, you know.
07:05 They do a great job.
07:06 He said, "Every year, my trucks get better.
07:08 They're bigger, they're better, they're stronger.
07:11 They go faster.
07:12 They're just incredible.
07:14 And if they do the electric mandate on trucks, we will go back 60 years."
07:20 Because a truck that's top-of-the-line big, with the big tanks for the diesel, it could
07:26 go approximately 2,000 miles.
07:29 An electric truck could go approximately 300 miles.
07:33 It's a slight difference.
07:34 You talk about supply chain problems, right?
07:37 So you'll have to stop six or seven times in order to do what another truck is doing.
07:42 And they don't care about that.
07:44 The other day, I left South Carolina, and I visited a big boat factory with a fantastic
07:50 company.
07:51 They make hundreds of boats a year.
07:52 They make beautiful speedboats.
07:55 And they said that the government now is starting to impose electric mandates on them.
07:58 They want the boat to be all electric.
08:00 The problem is the batteries are so heavy that the boat can't float.
08:05 And they're so big that almost the entirety of the boat would have to be electric.
08:09 And he said, "You know, you asked me a question, sir, that nobody has ever asked me.
08:12 We're talking about this."
08:14 They want us to go two miles an hour up to 90 miles out.
08:17 I said, "How far does the boat go?"
08:18 About 60 miles.
08:19 He said, "Two miles."
08:20 So, in other words, these are speedboats.
08:22 They want them to go two miles an hour because they want to protect the whales.
08:26 Now, in 50 years, one whale was injured by a boat.
08:31 But the windmills have driven hundreds of whales onto shore.
08:36 So the windmills are okay, but a boat has to go two miles an hour.
08:39 But I said to him, I said, "Let me ask you this question."
08:42 I was very honored by this because he's a smart guy.
08:44 I said, "What happens if your boat sinks and you're sitting on top of this massive battery?
08:52 Do you get electrocuted?"
08:53 He said, "You know, nobody has ever asked me that question before."
08:56 I was honored because he's been asked every question, Ziggy.
08:59 He's been asked every question.
09:00 He said, "Nobody has ever asked me that."
09:03 But that's our uncle from MIT.
09:06 We have an uncle, a brilliant uncle from a great professor for, I think, the longest
09:10 term ever from MIT.
09:12 That's where we get that.
09:13 I said, "So what happens?
09:14 You get electrocuted or the boat's going down and you're like a little bit off the battery.
09:18 Do you get electrocuted?"
09:19 So am I better off sitting on top of that battery you're going down or am I better off
09:24 jumping about 10 yards over there, but there's a shark over there?
09:29 And if I had my choice between a shark and electrocution, I will take electrocution every
09:33 single day.
09:34 Do we agree?
09:36 But they want to change boats to all electric and they don't work.
09:39 They don't work.
09:40 And they don't want to hear it.
09:41 They don't work.
09:42 In California, they have brownouts and blackouts every single day, and yet they want to go
09:47 all electric cars.
09:48 So they want to have all electric cars, and yet they don't have enough electric to take
09:52 care of the state, which is, by the way, if he ever runs, we'll have so much fun because
09:56 that is the worst run state.
09:58 It's just unbelievable.
10:00 I watch him being interviewed and he said, "Oh, no, California, we're doing great.
10:04 Bop, bop, bop, bop, bop."
10:05 He's going, "Great, great, great.
10:06 It's been unbelievable.
10:07 Bop, bop, bop."
10:08 The place is getting killed.
10:09 People are leaving.
10:10 A beautiful place, though, I will say that.
10:12 I don't know if he's going to run.
10:13 And I'm going to be nice to him because he's always been very nice to me.
10:16 But if we run, we're not going to be nice to him because, you know -- (laughter) -- because
10:20 we're going to have to see if Joe Biden gets to the starting gate.
10:22 I don't know if he's going to get to the starting gate.
10:24 I don't know that he will.
10:25 I think he might not.
10:27 I hope he does because I think it would be a wonderful thing for America to have a Republican
10:31 president like me.
10:33 (Applause.)
10:35 But we're going to see.
10:36 Under a Trump administration, gasoline-fired engines will be allowed, but child sexual
10:42 mutilation will not be allowed.
10:44 We're not going to allow people to sexually mutilate your child.
10:48 On day one, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing
10:54 critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or
11:00 political content to our beautiful children.
11:03 That's crazy.
11:05 I will not give one penny to any school that has a vaccine mandate or mask mandate.
11:13 (Applause.)
11:17 And I will do something that's amazing to me that I even have to mention this.
11:22 I will keep men out of women's sports 100 percent, immediately.
11:27 First day.
11:28 First day.
11:29 (Applause.)
11:30 Did you see the weightlifting record that was broken by 150 pounds?
11:36 Did you see that the other day?
11:38 They have a young woman up.
11:39 She was a fantastic, powerful, powerful woman.
11:44 And she held records, and she wanted to beat this record 18.
11:47 And they took a quarter of an ounce, and they put it on one side.
11:51 And they took a quarter of an ounce, and they put it on the other side.
11:53 I mean, it's barbell-thick steel.
11:55 Got to lift it up.
11:57 And her parents were right -- sitting right where Lee is.
11:59 Right there, Lee.
12:00 Lee is a big fan of Barack Hussein Obama.
12:02 I'm only kidding.
12:03 (Laughter.)
12:04 The opposite.
12:05 But they're sitting right where Lee is, the great Lee.
12:08 And they're so proud of their daughter.
12:10 Look at her.
12:11 She's so strong.
12:12 She's so great.
12:13 And she got down, and she was going to do it for mom and dad and the whole country.
12:18 And she -- and she gets it up.
12:21 I have a problem.
12:22 I have a wife who doesn't -- she hates this routine.
12:24 She said it's so unprecedented.
12:26 But I say, "People love it."
12:28 I say, "Darling, you're a great First Lady, but people love this routine."
12:32 She said, "Couldn't you do it with less enthusiasm?"
12:34 And I understand what she's saying.
12:36 But this is a -- I'm very presidential.
12:38 When we did State of the Union Addresses, I did very well.
12:42 I wouldn't do this -- I wouldn't do this routine at a State of the Union Address.
12:47 So I'll do it just a quickie for you, okay, if you don't mind.
12:51 So she gets down, and she goes up.
12:53 Oh, oh.
12:54 And her parents are just so proud of her.
12:57 And she's getting ready to make the last move.
13:00 And she gets out.
13:03 And she drops it.
13:05 And then a guy who transitioned comes over.
13:12 "Have you lifted before?" they ask.
13:14 "No, not really, but I'd love to give it a try."
13:20 And he goes, "All right," and takes the weight that she could have lifted.
13:25 Boom.
13:26 Puts it down.
13:27 Then they add 10 pounds.
13:28 They add another 10.
13:29 They add another 10.
13:30 They keep adding the damn weight.
13:32 She couldn't do a quarter of an ounce on each side.
13:35 And I believe he broke the record by approximately 150 pounds.
13:39 I think that's pretty tough.
13:40 It's going to be hard to beat that record.
13:41 Do you agree with that, Gina?
13:44 And then the worst of all was the great swimmer, great athlete, great champion.
13:48 Champion swimmer.
13:50 She's ready to start.
13:51 She looks left.
13:52 You know, because they're all like this very, very incredible crowd of people, like golfers.
13:55 You know, they grow up at six years old, at seven years old, at eight years.
13:58 They're all playing the same guys because it's the pyramid, right?
14:01 And those are all the best players.
14:02 They play them from the time they're six years old.
14:05 And she swam against all these people, knew them well, because she was a champion swimmer.
14:08 And she was swimming.
14:09 She looks over to the left, and there's six girls that she knew very well, all top girls.
14:15 And then she looks over to the right, there's six girls and one very big girl.
14:20 She looks up.
14:22 And he looked like Wilt Chamberlain on steroids.
14:26 Okay, this guy.
14:28 She looks, that's the biggest human being I think I've ever seen.
14:32 And she wanted to break the record, and she was equipped to break the record.
14:35 But what happened is she suffered a terrible, terrible injury.
14:40 You know what the injury was?
14:42 Windburned.
14:43 He went by her so fast that she suffered massive windburn.
14:49 The wind was so strong as he went by her.
14:52 Then he went in, he had lunch for a little while, and then the girls finished.
14:55 And that was the end of the race.
14:57 He broke a record by many, many, I think 18 seconds or something like that.
15:01 This is crazy.
15:02 This is so demeaning to women.
15:04 It's so horrible.
15:05 And a lot of the young women that are being affected don't want to talk about it.
15:08 They're all afraid to talk, right?
15:10 They're all afraid to talk.
15:12 But just as I did four years ago, I will fully uphold the Second Amendment.
15:17 Our Second Amendment is under siege.
15:22 We will restore free speech, and I will secure our elections.
15:26 Our goal will be one day, think of this, one day voting with paper ballots and voter ID.
15:33 One day.
15:34 They just had an election in France.
15:37 In France, they had, you know, they used to have mail-in ballots in France, and it was
15:41 so corrupt that they went to one day voting with mail-in ballots, very special paper and
15:45 very good stuff.
15:47 And they had 36 million people voting at 10 o'clock.
15:50 That was the end of it.
15:51 10 o'clock, you had a winner, you had a loser.
15:53 Macron won.
15:55 And that's it.
15:56 I mean, people went home and they worry about the next election.
15:59 But there was no problems that we have where we have things that are so bad that went on,
16:03 and everybody knows it, and it's being adjudicated all over the place.
16:08 But until we do that, Republicans must compete and we must win.
16:12 And after we do that, we're going to get things changed so that we can have honest elections
16:15 here.
16:16 (Applause.)
16:17 So, in conclusion, this is what we must do to restore our country to greatness.
16:24 The USA is a mess.
16:25 Israel is under attack.
16:27 Our economy is crashing.
16:30 Inflation is out of control like just about never before.
16:34 You know, inflation is what they call a country buster.
16:37 If you look back at old-time Germany, you look back at some of the countries that suffered
16:42 inflation -- in some cases, not as bad as ours -- it breaks up the country.
16:47 It's country buster time.
16:49 China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea have formed together as a menacing and destructive coalition.
16:55 Our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard, which will be
17:00 our greatest defeat in 200 years.
17:03 Two hundred years.
17:04 That will be a defeat like no other.
17:07 That will be third-world country for us.
17:11 It won't happen with me, not even a chance.
17:13 Just like Russia would never have invaded Ukraine and China would not have even thought
17:19 about raiding Taiwan.
17:21 China is giving Taiwan very serious thought.
17:24 And the whole thing with Israel, where that focus is now, they're probably looking at
17:28 it even tougher.
17:30 If you took the first -- anything you want, five presidents -- you take the worst five
17:36 presidents -- and I think I can really make -- you know, I've been saying for a long time,
17:40 if you took the worst five presidents and added them up, nobody would be as bad as Biden.
17:47 Nobody would be close.
17:48 (Applause.)
17:49 But, you know, I really believe I could now make it 10.
17:53 I could make it 10.
17:55 You could take the 10 worst presidents in the history of our country, add them up, and
17:59 nobody would be as bad as this crooked, horrible president that we have.
18:04 And you know, I never spoke so badly about him.
18:08 You've been following me for a long time.
18:10 You've heard me speak.
18:11 And we're really like a family, this group, today.
18:15 And all of MAGA, all of MAGA, the Republican Party -- look, MAGA and the Republican -- most
18:20 of the Republican -- they like to say, "Well, MAGA represents approximately 55 percent."
18:24 No, it represents probably close to 100 percent of the Republican Party.
18:30 (Applause.)
18:32 But we're a failing nation.
18:35 We're a nation in decline.
18:37 We're a nation that's doing so badly.
18:39 We've never had anything like this.
18:40 And it's one thing after the other.
18:42 All of these wars -- we had no wars.
18:44 I got out of every war.
18:47 We defeated ISIS.
18:48 We got out.
18:50 But now these radical-left lunatics want to interfere with our elections by using law
18:55 enforcement.
18:56 It's totally corrupt.
18:57 And we're not going to let it happen.
18:59 2024 is our final battle.
19:01 It's our final battle.
19:02 It's also, frankly, both ways.
19:05 It'll either be the worst day in history or it'll be the best day in history.
19:09 It's very simple.
19:10 (Applause.)
19:11 With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state.
19:14 We will expel the warmongers from our government.
19:17 We will drive out the globalists.
19:19 We will cast out the communists, Marxists, and fascists.
19:23 We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country.
19:27 We will rout the fake news media.
19:30 They're fake.
19:32 (Applause.)
19:33 Not all of them.
19:34 We've got some wonderful, great professionals, but many of them, and they know they're fake.
19:40 We will evict Joe Biden from the White House, and we will finish the job once and for all.
19:48 Because the great silent majority is rising like never before, and under our leadership
19:53 -- it's our leadership, all of us together -- the forgotten man and woman will be forgotten
19:59 no longer.
