00:00 Spooky season is almost upon us. And since becoming a mom,
00:03 I have gotten more into DIYing and decorating for Halloween,
00:06 but I've also learned through that process that it is a fine line between kind of
00:10 cheesy and tacky and high-end items that will fit within your fall decor.
00:15 So you don't have to do too much work to add a little bit of spooky touches.
00:18 So come along with me today.
00:20 I have got a ton of inspiration for you so that you can get DIYing for
00:24 Halloween and incorporate it right into your home decor.
00:27 [music]
00:30 You're watching Whiskey and Wit.
00:31 My name is Whitney and a huge welcome back to my Whiskey craft buddies who are
00:34 here each week to DIY with me. If you're not already a craft buddy, no worries.
00:38 You can join us super quick.
00:39 Just hit subscribe down below and you won't miss any future DIY or budget home
00:43 decor videos. I post new ones every single week.
00:46 I'm always looking for ways that I can create large scale items on a budget.
00:50 And these spooky mirrors are it.
00:52 I grabbed just a variety of sizes of frames from my local thrift store.
00:56 And I looked for ones that had metallic outsides.
00:58 I removed all the pieces and then I took the glass out,
01:01 spritzed it with some water and then over the top of the water,
01:05 I sprayed some mirror effect spray paint.
01:06 I took a paper towel and just blotted some of the spray paint off to get a kind
01:11 of blotchy look.
01:12 And then I repeated with just a little bit more because my paper towel was
01:15 already wet. I could blotch it again in different spots.
01:18 So it really looked layered. Once I got the effect that I wanted,
01:22 I let that completely dry and then I flipped it over and spray painted the back
01:26 with a black matte spray paint. That is going to create the spooky effect.
01:31 Then you can pop it right back into the frame.
01:33 And these things are awesome for staging.
01:36 You get that mirror effect as you can see me getting the footage,
01:39 but it's also great for layering to style a variety of different things.
01:43 And these are so quick and easy. And I think each frame was under five bucks.
01:47 Win. For Halloween. I absolutely love adding ghosts to my decor.
01:51 I think they're so fun and whimsy.
01:53 And I was inspired by my friend Sarah Jane at Chica on the cheap,
01:56 who made this large ghost to create a smaller shelf sitter version.
01:59 I took a styrofoam ball that I had in my craft stash.
02:02 You can get these at Dollar Tree and I added some skewers from Dollar Tree as
02:06 well. Four in each edge. And then I took a flower sack towel.
02:09 You can use a sheet or even some Sherpa fabric.
02:11 I cut the flower sack towel in half. So it was a little bit more sheer,
02:15 draped it over the top and then finished it off with just a couple of these
02:20 cute little eyeballs cut out of scrap black felt.
02:23 I attached them with some hot glue and literally that was it.
02:27 It turned out so cute and it's such a fun little vignette, super cheap to make.
02:32 It's also a great use of any scraps that you have around the house.
02:35 And I think I might try my hand at a big one later on this year for my porch.
02:39 Now to go along with my love of ghosts.
02:44 I had to dupe this Gus the ghost pottery barn pillow.
02:47 I've been wanting one for years and I finally made the jump to dupe it.
02:50 They usually just have the ghost, but this year he is holding a little pumpkin.
02:53 So that was the nudge I needed to do it.
02:54 I grabbed this pillow insert that I had just sitting around my house.
02:58 It's an 18 by 18.
03:00 I tied the center and then tucked the two edges in to kind of give the shape of
03:05 the ghost. Then I took a half yard piece of that Sherpa.
03:09 So I bought a yard, cut it in half, and then I used one for one ghost,
03:13 one for the other.
03:14 You're just going to lay it out to get the draping that you want,
03:16 trim it until it's good.
03:18 And then I used my upholstery needle and just some white cotton thread from
03:22 Dollar Tree to kind of do an invisible hook there to make sure that the Sherpa
03:26 was not going to come off of my pillow form,
03:28 but you could easily take it off and use that pillow form for something else
03:31 later.
03:32 Then that way you could just store the outside part and not have to worry about
03:36 that.
03:36 All you have to do after that is add two eyes and bada bing bada boom.
03:40 Now what if you want Gus the ghost holding a pumpkin?
03:42 That one's just as easy.
03:44 I'm going to do a trick to kind of make it look like it's floating with some
03:48 white twine again. So this cotton twine,
03:51 I'm just looping it from underneath the one side of Gus to the other side.
03:55 And I'm tying a knot just underneath the surface of the Sherpa fabric.
03:58 Then that way it is going to sit there and it's going to look like his little
04:03 hands are inside of the sheet that's making him a ghost holding up the
04:08 pumpkin. And these things definitely have stolen my heart.
04:12 I love them so much and $85.50 versus my $12,
04:16 which was an 85% savings.
04:18 This stack of witches books are super quick and easy to make with cheap Dollar
04:26 Tree supplies. Or you could even use some that you already have.
04:29 I grabbed these three different sizes of hardcover books from Dollar Tree and I
04:33 painted all of them black so that they would match.
04:36 If you can find three black books at Dollar Tree,
04:38 that would even save you a step. But black paint on top of them,
04:41 it's pretty quick. I did the edges just like you would with a book cover.
04:45 So it all looked like it came that way.
04:47 And then I took a disposable makeup sponge,
04:49 blotched down a little bit of white as well as some silver paint just to give it
04:53 that weathered look. It would also look really pretty,
04:56 kind of buffed out with gold metallic. Then I just took a paint pen,
05:00 wrote broom care, potions and spells,
05:02 things that you would think you would see on a witch's bookshelf and tied them
05:06 up and they were good to go.
05:08 This is a fun activity that you could even do with kids because it doesn't have
05:12 to be perfect. They could add whatever color they want to the sides.
05:15 And how fun of a keepsake would this be if you had your kids write what they
05:18 wanted on the side of the books, you can get them out year after year.
05:21 If you're a diehard craft buddy,
05:24 you know that I love my free printables and Halloween is no exception.
05:28 So I have got a wide variety of free printables for you over on my blog,
05:32 both the Hocus Pocus pack that you are seeing here.
05:34 And I also have just some general Halloween ones as well.
05:38 Everything from artwork to this one,
05:41 which is a script of a scene from Hocus Pocus,
05:43 one of my favorites when they think the road is a babbling brook and it's
05:47 actually a road with blacktop.
05:50 And then I've got a bunch of different ones as you can see here.
05:53 The other thing you can do with these is add them to signs from Dollar Tree or
05:57 really anywhere.
05:58 You can find them in the dollar section at a lot of other stores as well.
06:01 I just cut my ones out to the size and you can print them on just a regular
06:06 dust dust printer. You don't need anything crazy. I print them out,
06:09 I cut them up and then I stick them on with double-sided tape and it really
06:13 makes over the sign quick and easy to do.
06:16 And then you've got some cheap custom signs or you can just keep it super
06:19 simple and put it on a clipboard from Dollar Tree or frame them.
06:22 All these are free over on my blog link in the description.
06:25 I really wanted to add some bats to a vignette that I had,
06:30 but all the packs I saw were really expensive.
06:32 So I decided to grab some Dollar Tree poster board and put it on a Cricut mat
06:36 and use my Cricut to cut it out. Now you could easily do this without a Cricut,
06:38 just print out a picture of a bat,
06:40 trace it onto the poster board and you can cut it out there as well.
06:43 You could also use black cardstock.
06:45 You just want something thicker than just black like construction paper,
06:48 cause you want it to be able to hold up.
06:50 I cut this on the poster board setting and I made sure to carefully peel it
06:56 off. I just used the Design Space bat template.
06:59 I have a project linked over on my profile down in the description.
07:03 If you want to be able to just click, make it,
07:05 you're able to just carefully peel these off.
07:07 I use my scraper to help as well and then you're good to add them to the wall.
07:11 I use just some regular scotch tape,
07:13 created some little tape rolls and put them on the body of all my bats.
07:17 Then I bent up the wings just ever so slightly to make it look like they were
07:20 flying. And then you can go to town adding as many or as little,
07:24 whatever you're feeling to the wall.
07:25 It was the perfect addition to this little vignette.
07:28 And I also added some of them to the pumpkins underneath.
07:31 So it really just looked like they were kind of coming out from everywhere.
07:34 It is definitely a Halloween vibe, but it's not too spooky,
07:37 especially cause I have a toddler. I'm not trying to go too scary,
07:40 but I think this is fun. It definitely looks curated and style.
07:43 And it made me so happy cause I made all these bats for a dollar 25 and I still
07:47 have some poster board left over.
07:48 I was inspired by someone I follow over on Instagram called Mother Time to
07:54 create these really pretty candy corn,
07:57 little topiary type wrapped yarn things. I call them cones.
08:02 Not quite sure what the vernacular is, but I just know they're cute.
08:04 I grabbed some dollar tree yarn and then you can get the cones really at any
08:09 place. You can get the yarn really at any craft store as well.
08:12 I just wrapped them with a little bit of hot glue and these things turned out so
08:15 fun. They're great to add a little bit of color to your setup.
08:18 And I also like that they have a little bit of a primitive vibe with the muted
08:21 colors. Easy peasy, super fun.
08:24 Now what would Halloween be without some sweet treats?
08:26 So here's how I created these awesome Hocus Pocus inspired treats for my watch
08:31 party last year and I'm definitely making them again this year.
08:33 Step one is to make the brownies for the books and we're not doing anything
08:37 crazy here.
08:37 We're just doing a box mix and what I like to do is replace the oil with the
08:42 same amount of melted butter, but you can make it accordance to the box.
08:45 That's just personal preference for the kind of moist texture it gives the
08:49 brownies. I'm going to put them into the pan,
08:52 make sure it's greased and bake them according to the package instructions.
08:55 And then I'm going to cut out all of these little pieces that are the size of
08:59 the books. You want kind of longer rectangles.
09:01 Then I'm taking a mixture of goodies I found just in the baking section at
09:05 Walmart, these large eyeballs, as well as some easy squeeze icing,
09:09 just to make it super simple.
09:11 We're going to do a long line of black down the one side, outline our eyes,
09:15 and then also create the little stitching on either side.
09:18 Couple little loop de dupes on the top and bottom. And as you can see,
09:22 these don't have to be perfect to be super fun and cute.
09:25 This is also another great kids, grandkids project,
09:28 especially if you want to watch Hocus Pocus or even another Halloween themed
09:32 video. It doesn't have to be just Hocus Pocus.
09:34 That's just the book that I modeled these off.
09:36 Then I added them to this cute little tray I got from Target.
09:40 And then it was time to make my little Winnie Sanderson mouths.
09:44 So I cut a cookie again, store-bought,
09:46 because we're not trying to go too crazy here. It saved me a ton of time,
09:50 but if you want to make it, you go right ahead to each their own,
09:53 do what makes you feel good.
09:55 Then I am going to just create a little bit of like a lipstick situation on the
09:59 front. So it looks like a mouth after the two are hooked together,
10:02 spread it out with a knife and then add two mini marshmallows to create kind of
10:05 that signature buck tooth type of look that Winifred Sanderson has.
10:09 I think these are so fun.
10:12 They were a hit at the party and they are just as much fun to make as they are to
10:16 display. And it's going to look like you tried super hard.
10:19 And if brownies aren't your vibe, no worries.
10:22 You can make an actual Sanderson sisters spell book for your decor.
10:27 I made this one following a tutorial from my good friend, Bargain Bethany,
10:31 and it was super easy to do. It was a mixture of some cardboard,
10:35 some hot glue, and it looks funky until you paint it. I use nutmeg brown.
10:40 I just added some additional effects with gray and gold and bada bing, bada boom,
10:44 I've got a book.
10:45 I love adding pop culture elements and like movies into my seasonal decor.
10:50 And this one is no exception. I grabbed some apples from Amazon,
11:02 which I will link all the supplies from today's video down below.
11:05 So you can easily find them in the description.
11:07 It's just underneath the video.
11:08 And I started by taking these fake apples and drawing a poison apple face from
11:12 snow white.
11:13 Then I took my glue gun and traced around that outline so that it was raised.
11:19 And then I got rid of any of the little wispies.
11:21 I mixed together some kind of neon green paint,
11:25 as well as some of this Arteza sparkle paint to really make it look like the
11:29 gooey poison apple that you see in the movie.
11:31 And then using those glue pieces as a guide,
11:33 I am painting the inner parts so that you can see the red nose and the red eyes.
11:38 And ended up taking me three coats to finish this off. But once I did,
11:41 it definitely gave the vibe I was looking for.
11:44 And I also painted a couple of them white because in the movie you've got both
11:48 green and white poison apples.
11:50 Then I wanted to have a sign to add to the setup.
11:52 And this was actually a mystery box item that I was sent from my friend,
11:57 Jennifer at Little Bit of Calm and Crazy.
11:58 So I added the Evil Queen's Apple Orchard to it with some heat transfer vinyl.
12:03 And I used the heat transfer vinyl versus regular because I didn't have glitter
12:06 regular vinyl. And I wanted this thing to sparkle. So you could use either,
12:09 or I use the lowest setting on my mini press to add both of these after cutting
12:14 them out of my Cricut. And it was the perfect addition.
12:16 This file came from Etsy. So I will link that down in the description.
12:20 If you're interested in getting the same one, this is not my file,
12:23 but I definitely support other creators when I can,
12:26 if I don't have the time or the patience to create a file myself.
12:30 This next one is for my wood build junkies,
12:37 and we're going to use some fence pickets for this fun project.
12:40 I'm using the wider cedar fence pickets.
12:42 So these are about five and a half inches wide and I cut the tops off of four of
12:46 them to be 20, 18, 15, and 12 inches tall.
12:49 I also went through with some scrap little one by two furring strips to cut them
12:54 down so I could brace my sign. Once everything had been cut and sanded,
12:58 I went through for the front and the sides with some white chalk paint.
13:02 And then I used my nail gun to brace those pieces together face down.
13:06 So you're going to want all of your unpainted sides facing up.
13:10 So then that way you can put the back on. You can paint the back as well.
13:13 I just didn't think it was necessary because I'm going to have this leaned up
13:16 against a wall.
13:17 I needed one more quick scrap piece of wood to brace the top two of those
13:22 ghosts together and to make them really look like ghosts.
13:25 I added just some faces with paint marker and this turned out so good.
13:30 My last step was to seal it with some polycrylic. I like this triple thick,
13:35 and while it does say interior for things that aren't going to be directly
13:39 rained on, I really like it cause it doesn't yellow.
13:41 And that is going to protect my little ghost buddies from any elements.
13:46 This is so fun to display either inside or outside your house and it's quick and
13:51 easy to put together.
13:52 Another area of my house that is great for decorating seasonally is my dining
13:58 room table.
13:58 I had somebody reach out to me last year and ask if I could make some witches
14:02 room napkin rings cause they saw them for really expensive at another store and I
14:05 said, sure. So I grabbed these from Dollar Tree as well as these little rings,
14:08 but you can use shower rings or you can do this to attach it to napkin rings you
14:12 already have.
14:13 I just needed to cut down both the broom piece as well as the long outside piece
14:18 and I went ahead and just used the little sheer ribbon from the broom already to
14:23 tie it onto the napkin ring.
14:25 The nice thing is you can easily take it off and add something else for the
14:29 seasons and then that way you only need one napkin ring or if you want more
14:33 hold, you can use hot glue.
14:35 All you have to do is slide it on to your napkin and you've got these cute little
14:39 witches brooms.
14:40 This is great for hocus pocus watch parties or just to set on the plates in your
14:44 formal dining room so it looks like it's all put together fun and cute.
14:48 Another take on this is using a bat shape instead of a witches broom to create a
14:56 napkin ring and this is a template that I just drew out really quick for myself
15:01 to create the wings of a bat.
15:05 Now you could easily cut out the bat shape that we did earlier from Cricut
15:10 Design Space,
15:11 but this one I thought was nice because it made the wings look a lot wider.
15:14 I ended up tying the center with some jute twine and then I tied it on to the
15:20 little napkin ring and it just looks like there's a cute little bat on the
15:24 napkin ring.
15:25 You can get as creative as you want with this.
15:29 I also made some of these with pumpkins for fall that you can swap back out after
15:34 Halloween.
15:34 So tons of different options quick and easy to put together and it makes your
15:38 table look really put together.
15:39 Another fun way to use felt and bat shapes are for garlands.
15:44 Now Dollar Tree sometimes carries these felt shapes so you could easily cut your
15:47 own or you could buy these to save a step and I'm using a doll upholstery needle
15:52 to hang the bats because I need to puncture each wing to get my jute twine to go
15:57 through.
15:58 I want to make sure the extra jute twine is in the back so then that way you can
16:02 just see the bats and you don't have a line of jute twine across the front.
16:05 This is totally a five minute project and it adds such an impact.
16:08 Hey Craft Buddy,
16:09 thanks so much for sticking with me through this long video.
16:11 I know a lot of you enjoy these because you just turn them on in your craft
16:14 space and we kind of craft together,
16:15 which I absolutely love.
16:17 If you've made it this far,
16:18 please take a second and leave a quick comment for me that really helps my
16:21 channel.
16:22 You can either leave me a Halloween emoji,
16:23 let me know your favorite project,
16:25 or you can just say I'm still with you.
16:27 That helps out my channel.
16:29 Any little bit does go a long way.
16:31 Also give this video a thumbs up if you can.
16:33 It takes two seconds and that also helps my channel as well.
16:36 If you love my content and you aren't getting notifications from YouTube,
16:39 something else you can do is bop down to the description and fill out a quick
16:43 little form.
16:44 You can opt in for my emails and I will send you an email every time I post a
16:47 new video.
16:48 And don't worry if you're watching me on your TV,
16:50 cause I have a solution for you.
16:51 If you want to opt into those emails,
16:52 just go ahead and open your phone's camera or your iPad,
16:55 whatever's sitting by you,
16:56 scan this code right here and you can opt in to get emails every time I post a
17:00 new video.
17:01 And that way you won't miss out on any whiskey and whip fun.
17:03 Now let's get back into the Halloween DIYs.
17:05 A couple of weeks ago,
17:07 I was scrolling through Tik Tok and this popped up.
17:09 Finn saw it and asked if we could get one.
17:12 Well, it was $129.
17:14 So I thought,
17:14 okay,
17:15 I don't want to say no.
17:16 So I just said,
17:16 how about we make one?
17:17 I went to Michael's and grabbed a white and orange version of these tall
17:22 pumpkins.
17:23 And I grabbed four of these ladles from Dollar Tree.
17:25 Now,
17:25 if you're only making one pumpkin,
17:27 you only need two ladles.
17:28 I'm making two of these here.
17:29 I'm using my 10 snips to cut off the top ladle part because for the ears of this
17:34 Mickey pumpkin,
17:35 I didn't want to use foam or cardboard cause I didn't think it would match as
17:38 well.
17:39 I wanted to try to get a plastic and that worked perfect.
17:41 Now I've got a free printable face for you over on my blog.
17:44 You can literally print it out and not have to worry about sizing it.
17:47 If you're using the same size pumpkins as I am,
17:50 I just traced it on to the front of my pumpkin.
17:53 And I also did it on the front of my white pumpkin.
17:57 Then to cut these out,
17:59 I use this professional hot knife I got from Michael's.
18:01 This is not necessary.
18:02 It definitely made it a lot easier,
18:03 but you could easily do it with a pumpkin carving kit or a serrated knife from
18:08 your kitchen.
18:09 This was nice though,
18:10 because it made clean cuts and it made the job go by a lot quicker.
18:15 I just carefully waited for it to heat up.
18:17 And then also again,
18:19 carefully is the key word here went through and I had to get a little trial and
18:23 error cause I had never used one before,
18:25 but once I did,
18:26 I was able to easily cut this out.
18:29 And I also think that the more simple you keep your shape,
18:33 like this face was really simple.
18:35 It won't cause a huge issue for you.
18:38 Last step that I needed to do was add a hole in the back,
18:41 just a regular shape for some lights.
18:43 And then I cut two slits on either side of the head so I could add my little
18:47 little pieces.
18:48 That was a lot of trial and error.
18:50 I just cut it so that my pieces would fit in there and then hooked them in with
18:53 hot glue.
18:54 For the white face,
18:55 I covered the inside with black just because the white on white wasn't standing
19:00 out as much as I wanted,
19:01 but the white on orange worked just fine.
19:03 Now I plan to add a tea light candle to the white ghost Mickey pumpkin,
19:08 but this one,
19:08 I wanted it to glow like the inspiration.
19:11 And I was like,
19:11 how am I going to do this?
19:12 Well,
19:13 I decided to try to put in a little bit of yellow tissue paper.
19:16 I added this pack of orange lights from Dollar Tree that you can just plug in.
19:21 And I added a couple dabs of hot glue right on the inside of the mouth and the
19:25 eyes.
19:25 And I carefully hooked the tissue paper to it.
19:27 I tried to use double stick tape,
19:29 but that didn't work,
19:30 but the glue held it in the perfect spot.
19:32 And then it was time to check with Finn to see if he approved.
19:37 He loves the pumpkin.
19:40 He definitely loves this thing and asked me to plug it in all the time.
19:44 Now I need to add the tea light candle.
19:46 Like I said to the white one,
19:48 it was a very straightforward,
19:50 simple project.
19:51 And I'm really happy with how the ladle ears turned out as well.
19:55 Let me know down below.
19:56 Are you a Disney Halloween fan?
19:58 I used to be a little bit,
20:00 but now that I've got a toddler,
20:02 we are full send on that one.
20:06 This one might feel super random with what we're using to make these candles,
20:09 but promise they will turn out good.
20:11 You're going to grab a plunger handle from Dollar Tree,
20:13 or if you already have some dowel rods at home,
20:15 or you could grab them at the hardware store as well.
20:18 This is just really cost-effective.
20:20 I cut off the rounded end as well as the piece of the handle that goes into the
20:25 actual rubber part of the plunger.
20:26 And I ended up marking and cutting them down to four different lengths that I
20:30 wanted ranging from four inches to seven inches tall.
20:34 Then I just gave it a quick sand to make sure that I got off any residue from
20:38 the sticker, as well as any rough patches from cutting.
20:40 Then I'm going to mix together a little bit of water as well as some black paint
20:44 and apply it directly to the dowel rod to give it this kind of spooky rustic
20:49 look. Now, what are candles without a flame?
20:51 We're going to make those out of hot glue.
20:53 You need some sort of mat that the glue is not going to stick to.
20:55 So I'm using a silicone mat,
20:57 but you could also easily just use some wax paper or parchment paper.
21:00 Go ahead and draw your shapes on there.
21:02 Let them completely cool.
21:03 And they're going to harden once the flame shape is hardened.
21:07 Then you can go through with a little bit of paint or a paint marker and add a
21:11 little bit of yellow, a little bit of gold, a little bit of orange,
21:14 whatever suits your fancy to make it look like the flames that you want.
21:18 And then I added a little bit more hot glue to the tops of all of my little
21:23 faux wood candles. So I could add my flame.
21:25 Now you can either leave the glue as is and add these effects like I did,
21:30 or if you really want it to kind of blend in differently,
21:33 you could paint the quote unquote melted wax,
21:36 which is the hot glue at the top black.
21:38 My last step was to time together with a little bit of jute twine.
21:41 And these things are the perfect addition to any setup.
21:44 They look nice and spooky.
21:46 And what I like is they're smaller and they're great for tiered trays.
21:48 And what I like is they are super fun and festive,
21:51 but they don't take up a ton of room.
21:53 This next one is one of my favorite seasonal hacks by far.
21:56 And that's finding a sign that you like that's way out of your price range,
22:00 finding a clearance sign at literally any store right now,
22:02 they're clearancing all the summer stuff out, grab a cheap sign, paint it.
22:07 So this one I'm just painting with black chalk paint,
22:09 but whatever color of your inspo,
22:11 you can also do this with fall themed decals as well.
22:14 And then I cut out this hocus pocus file that I created.
22:17 All of the files that are mine are free over on my blog.
22:21 I will link them down below. You just head over to the blog post,
22:24 scroll down to the bottom and there's a box that says whiskey files.
22:27 You can download it super quick and easy. Just pop your email in.
22:30 And you're good to go.
22:31 I add these files with my paper transfer tape just to not peel up any paint.
22:36 And then you've got a super cheap sign that you didn't have to spend a ton for,
22:40 and you can customize. Theirs was 40 bucks. Mine was $3, 90% off.
22:45 I know so many of you love hocus pocus.
22:47 So I had to include these next few projects because they are perfect for a hocus
22:51 pocus setup. This cutout here of the tombstone came from Joanne's,
22:54 but you could also cut this out in some dollar tree, like foam board.
22:59 If you want, I'm starting by painting it a gray color to give it a base.
23:02 And then I'm using a mixture of like gray and black to splotch around the
23:06 outside, just to make it look old and worn.
23:08 Then I am using this cutout that says here lies
23:13 Emily Binks.
23:14 And I stuck this on and then realized I put 1963.
23:19 So I ended up fixing it. Don't worry. The file in the folder is correct,
23:23 but had a little transpose error there, but nonetheless,
23:28 this is great for Emily Binks to go next to my fun little Binks cat I found on
23:32 Amazon. Then to also add to that vignette,
23:35 I spray painted some thrifted candlesticks black,
23:38 added a DIY black flame candle.
23:41 And I also added some of these Amazon pillar candles.
23:44 I like it because it adds to the spooky vibe,
23:46 but I'm not afraid my toddler's going to light the house on fire if he bumps
23:48 into it, which is awesome.
23:50 The other thing that I added to this that I absolutely love is this candy bucket.
23:54 The bucket itself came from the Target dollar spot for five bucks.
23:57 And I just added some white vinyl that says we're back,
24:00 which is super fun and festive and it's perfect in any
24:05 situation, but this is also great. If you have a Hocus Pocus watch party,
24:09 it was so fitting for Hocus Pocus too, because they were indeed back.
24:12 I also used it for candy for when the trick or treaters came,
24:16 it was nice to be able to hold onto the handles while the kids grabbed the candy
24:19 and I was able to do that. So it's a great way to have fun.
24:22 And I also added a little bit of a Halloween vibe to this.
24:25 I'm not going to show you how to do it, but I'm going to show you how to do it.
24:29 So I'm going to show you how to do it. I'm going to show you how to do it.
24:32 I'm going to show you how to do it. I'm going to show you how to do it.
24:35 I'm going to show you how to do it. I'm going to show you how to do it.
