01:18 Aside from 43 counts of syndicated estafa, there are other warrant of arrest for Cepeda because of the bouncing check.

01:25 The violation of RA 8799 or Securities Regulation Code is also 3 counts.

01:31 We verified our warrant and we found out that there are more warrant pending.

01:37 In a TikTok video, Cepeda's partner, Marina Benipayo, said that the actor is not involved in any investment.
