00:00 Just an absolutely hellacious, weird game
00:04 happened against the Arkansas Razorbacks.
00:06 Ole Miss won.
00:07 We're going to tell you what we learned from that game.
00:08 We have two more games that are going to be about as weird,
00:11 probably this month as well.

01:10 Hello, my name is Stephen Willis,
01:11 and this is the Locked On Ole Miss Podcast.
01:13 I hope everybody is having a pretty fantastic day.
01:17 Ole Miss was a 27 to 20 victor over the Arkansas Razorbacks,
01:22 and it was a little bit of a weird game.
01:25 We did our post-game show, and we talked about that,
01:27 and there was a lot of looking forward afterwards,
01:30 and you're going to see that after these next wins.
01:33 These are games that if you play your best, you can't lose.
01:38 The important thing is do not let down
01:40 against the Auburn Tigers.
01:41 Do not let down against the Vanderbilt Commodores.
01:46 There's three games on your schedule
01:47 that if you play your best, you just can't lose them.
01:51 You have to allow them to come into the game.
01:54 Well, four games if you count Louisiana-Monroe.
01:56 You have Texas A&M, and you have Georgia,
02:00 which is going to be the benchmark games
02:03 for the remainder of the season.
02:04 It's going to determine whether you go nine and three
02:06 or ten and two or eleven and one.
02:10 I mean, those are on the table,
02:11 but you can't slip up in these other games,
02:14 and this Arkansas game was one of those other games.
02:17 Ole Miss would have had to help them out
02:20 considerably for Arkansas to win the game.
02:23 We all watched the game.
02:24 We all saw what happened,
02:26 but what you saw was Ole Miss win a football game
02:29 in a way that you didn't normally see,
02:32 and to me, that's kind of a good thing.
02:36 Today's episode, you know, this game is just stupid
02:39 in a good way, and it's always unpredictable,
02:41 and the way it was unpredictable was the offense did not show up
02:45 and the officiating was terrible,
02:47 and it made for a typical Ole Miss Arkansas game
02:51 that Ole Miss ended up winning by one score.
02:53 Ulysses Bentley, the fourth,
02:55 is having a star turn right before our eyes.
02:59 There's really no way you can get around that.
03:02 He is making play after play after play,
03:04 and he is going to push Quin Sean the same way
03:06 that Quin Sean pushed Zach Evans as this season moves forward,
03:10 and the defense had a very good defensive plan
03:13 for KJ Jefferson and Rocket Sanders.
03:15 They absolutely out-physicaled Arkansas.
03:18 They won the line of scrimmage.
03:20 They stopped the run.
03:21 I think it was 36 yards rushing for the Arkansas Razorbacks.
03:24 Last season, Rocket Sanders alone
03:27 rushed for 236 and three touchdowns.
03:29 The rush defense for Ole Miss played very well,
03:33 and whenever you took away the things
03:36 that Arkansas need to be successful,
03:39 Arkansas wasn't really beating you,
03:42 and I think that's why they were so frustrated with the offense.
03:44 Yes, I get the fact that Jackson Dart kind of got dinged up
03:48 and injured on the first series of the game.
03:50 Like the second play of the game.
03:52 I get the fact that Trey Harris went out in the fourth quarter,
03:54 but the fourth quarter, Ole Miss kind of got going,
03:56 so they actually played better without him than with him,
03:58 so it's kind of weird making that argument.
04:01 Anybody's doing it, but the really impressive thing,
04:06 one carry, Quin Sean got loose.
04:09 Quin Sean probably should have taken that to the house.
04:12 I think he would have taken that to the house last year,
04:15 but Ulysses Bentley kind of had a star turn
04:17 and took over the fourth quarter by himself.
04:19 He's a guy that whenever the team is tired,
04:24 he can really elevate the way he plays,
04:28 and he's hard to deal with.
04:29 He's kind of like Jerry and Ealy, Snoop Conner,
04:30 those back 2020, 2021, those running games,
04:35 those end of game things where the defenders are tired,
04:39 he eats up tired defenses.
04:41 It's not even funny, but this game was just really weird.
04:45 I mean, Ole Miss got called for a false start on a play
04:48 where three Arkansas players jumped off sides.
04:50 They didn't see that.
04:51 I don't know what happened on that one.
04:55 On an offside play, they just stopped the play.
04:58 I didn't see any contact on it.
05:00 They hit Jackson Dart out of bounds.
05:02 They called phantom holding and passed interferences,
05:05 and it was just a bad one-sided game,
05:09 and this isn't a game when Arkansas
05:10 had more penalties than Ole Miss.
05:13 It just seemed like Ole Miss's penalties
05:14 came at the exact wrong time,
05:17 and whenever they needed to slow down a drive, they popped up.
05:20 Well, Arkansas, they were a desperate team.
05:24 I think I talked about that a good bit last week.
05:27 They were a desperate team,
05:28 and Sam Pittman is a heck of a guy,
05:31 and, yeah, I get Arkansas fans in my mentions,
05:36 but, I mean, they're not intolerable.
05:39 They're good people.
05:40 I mean, they're just passionate about their team,
05:42 and they don't do the craziness
05:45 that, like, Auburn and Mississippi State does,
05:48 but it was a situation that you never felt
05:52 like Arkansas was winning that game.
05:54 Arkansas wheeled their way back into the game
05:57 with a 13-point run.
06:00 It was 17-7 at halftime.
06:02 They wheeled their way back in.
06:04 They kicked a couple of field goals
06:05 because they couldn't drive the length of the field.
06:07 Eventually, they would get shut down on their drive,
06:11 and then inexplicably, in what people would be talking about
06:16 today if Ole Miss lost the game,
06:19 Lane Kiffin decided to go for it from his 40-yard line,
06:23 when if Ole Miss punted the ball
06:26 and forced Arkansas to drive the ball 80 yards,
06:28 they couldn't do it.
06:29 It was not possible, but they decided to go for it.
06:35 Jackson Dark got sacked.
06:36 Arkansas had 33 yards of a short field
06:39 to get into the end zone, and Arkansas punched it in.
06:41 Arkansas took the lead 20-17.
06:43 Even at that point, I don't know if I felt like Arkansas
06:48 was going to win the game because you were still
06:51 at the point where one slip, one busted coverage,
06:55 one mistake, and you're in the end zone,
06:57 and you have all of these playmakers
06:59 that are on your team.
07:01 So I had a good idea that Ole Miss
07:03 was going to be able to go down the field, and they did.
07:05 Ulysses Bentley woke up, had kind of a star turn,
07:09 went down, scored the go-ahead touchdown to go up 24-20.
07:12 They got the ball back, made it 27-20,
07:15 and then John Saunders, Jr.
07:16 picked off the ball at the end of the game.
07:19 K.J. Jefferson usually always plays well
07:21 against Mississippi teams
07:23 because of all of the history there.
07:25 He's unbelievably jacked up to play Ole Miss,
07:27 and in the first drive of the game,
07:30 you saw that version of K.J.
07:36 Once they figured out what to do,
07:37 it was just a combination of dropping eight
07:40 and rushing seven, it looked like to me.
07:42 I mean, they constantly heated up that Arkansas line.
07:45 There was a ton of movement to force communication
07:48 between players that had moved around.
07:50 That gave Arkansas problems, and people like Isaac Ukwu
07:55 and Santarion Perkins and Corey Coleman
07:57 and those guys, they got home,
08:01 and if they didn't get home, they caused a problem,
08:03 and K.J. made plays because K.J. is K.J.
08:07 But K.J. didn't look like a normal version of K.J.,
08:10 and that was probably how Ole Miss schemed it up in that game.
08:15 I mean, it was a situation.
08:17 It was just a weird, weird game,
08:21 but if Ole Miss' offense would ever meld with that defense,
08:26 if they can play a game where both of them show up like that,
08:30 there's not a team in the country
08:31 that Ole Miss cannot beat.
08:33 Now, if the opposite's true,
08:37 if the defense from the LSU game
08:39 and the offense from the Arkansas game shows up,
08:40 there's not many teams that can't beat Ole Miss,
08:44 but it's usually not a situation
08:46 where you have to worry about things like that.
08:49 One thing we learned in this weird game,
08:53 Lane Kiffin struggles with defensive games.
08:58 You can see that in the decision-making.
09:01 He had issues with the fact that it was a defensive game,
09:05 and that going for it there.
09:09 When everybody knows, it was a free space.
09:12 It was every kid that plays Madden knows
09:16 that whenever they can't move the ball,
09:17 and you make them go a really long way,
09:19 if you make them go a short distance,
09:21 they have a chance to get you.
09:23 Make them do the whole thing.
09:25 And the offense was struggling, and all he could think of
09:31 was the fact that the offense was struggling,
09:33 and one first down, one big offensive play like that
09:37 could flip a switch, and they could get on.
09:39 And in the fourth quarter, they kind of did.
09:41 The switch was Ulysses Bentley the fourth,
09:42 and we're going to talk about him in the next segment.
09:46 But it's a situation to where Ole Miss won a game
09:51 with their defensive unit.
09:54 The defense won that football game.
09:56 That is another game, yet another game
09:58 that last year's team loses.
10:02 You've had the best effort, the absolute best effort
10:08 of three out of the six teams you've played.
10:12 You have gotten the best effort from Alabama.
10:15 You have gotten the best effort from Tulane,
10:18 and you got the absolute desperate best effort
10:22 from Arkansas, and Ole Miss is two and one in those games.
10:27 Now, you are preparing to get the extreme best effort
10:32 because old brother Hugh wants this,
10:37 and he wants it pretty bad.
10:38 And Arkansas is going to play well,
10:40 and they're going to have tricks,
10:41 and they're going to do all that stuff,
10:43 and Ole Miss can't have a letdown that allows Auburn
10:47 to become a competitive member in this football game.
10:50 They can't.
10:52 Or it'll end up looking like it did in 2021.
10:55 Ole Miss had the better team.
10:56 Ole Miss was favored by, like, ten points.
10:58 But Matt Corral was injured, and he got injured in that game.
11:07 Everybody remembers Luke Altmeyer actually played.
11:11 Against Arkansas, Jackson Dart got nicked up.
11:13 I think Jackson Dart's going to be fine.
11:15 It's not a situation like Matt Corral went through.
11:19 But you have it in play.
11:23 Hope for an 11 o'clock game, honestly.
11:26 I don't know if I want to play them at night
11:28 because they're going to build that game up
11:30 over the course of the week to where it is their Super Bowl,
11:33 and it should be.
11:35 This is a huge, massive game.
11:37 They're not beating Alabama.
11:39 They played Georgia well.
11:40 They got that moral victory.
11:41 They're probably going to get beat by LSU.
11:44 I mean, they got Mississippi State
11:46 they're probably going to win.
11:48 Arkansas is probably, you know, it's slugfest both ways.
11:51 Who knows?
11:53 The game that they want to win of them punching up
11:57 will be the Ole Miss game.
12:00 So they'll be absolutely ready to play that night in Jordan.
12:03 But this Arkansas game was a completely weird game.
12:06 Arkansas people that I dealt with
12:07 over the course of the week,
12:09 you guys did a fantastic job, good people,
12:12 and it should be a lot of fun.
12:13 But I do want to let you know that today's show
12:16 is brought to you by Athletic Brewing Company.
12:19 And now is the time for your game changer of the week
12:22 brought to you by Athletic Brewing Company.
12:24 Much like Ashanti Seastrunk,
12:26 Athletic Brewing has completely changed
12:28 the non-alcoholic beer game.
12:30 They make non-alcoholic beers that actually taste good.
12:33 Today's game changer is Ashanti Seastrunk,
12:36 whose first quarter interception
12:37 woke up the Ole Miss defense,
12:39 leading them to a dominating defensive performance.
12:43 Athletic Brewing Company has completely changed
12:46 the non-alcoholic beer game.
12:48 They make non-alcoholic beers that actually taste good,
12:50 full flavor, and well-crafted,
12:52 just like full-strength beer.
12:54 You can find Athletic Brewing Company's
12:56 non-alcoholic brews at a store near you,

13:58 You will not want to miss it.
14:00 All right, the next thing that we learned in the game
14:05 is that Ulysses Bentley is having a little bit
14:09 of a star turn right before our eyes.
14:12 He is a guy that is turning into the difference maker
14:14 that can be put in, that makes big plays
14:16 when you need big plays made.
14:18 That is the role that Ulysses Bentley IV has at the moment.
14:23 And he ended up nine for like 96 in the game,
14:28 almost ended up with nearly 200 yards rushing
14:30 on a night when they didn't run the ball particularly well.
14:33 Jackson Dart was beat up.
14:35 He had trouble doing things that Jackson Dart does.
14:40 And because of that, well, first of all,
14:43 Spencer Sanders and Walker Howard's probably going
14:45 to get some nice bi-week reps because you can imagine
14:48 that Jackson Dart's not going to do much of anything
14:50 for the next five days.
14:52 And then Jackson Dart's going to be getting ready
14:55 for this Auburn competition.
14:58 Like I said, this is going to be a weird game.
15:01 Vanderbilt's going to be a weird game.
15:03 Arkansas, Auburn, Vanderbilt,
15:05 that's three weird games in a row
15:07 that Ole Miss has to get through.
15:08 You're building right now to get to the right,
15:12 to play Texas A&M, or after what I saw Saturday,
15:16 Texas 8-4, but it will be really interesting
15:21 to see exactly how that goes.
15:24 Ulysses Bentley IV, I'm not quite ready
15:28 to say he needs to start.
15:29 Now, they need to scheme and do the things
15:32 that Ole Miss did against LSU.
15:34 Ole Miss' respect of LSU's defensive front
15:37 allowed a game plan that opened up everything.
15:41 Against Arkansas, they reverted back to the other game plan.
15:44 They did the same stuff they did against Georgia Tech,
15:47 against Tulane.
15:48 They did that kind of stuff.
15:51 Against LSU, they did a lot of quick game.
15:53 They did a lot of screens.
15:54 They did a lot of just get the ball
15:55 to Ulysses Bentley out on the edge,
15:58 hitting the voids of the defense.
16:00 Bill Flowers talked about that
16:02 over the course of the last month.
16:04 He's talked about finding voids in the defense
16:06 and the way you can use your offense
16:08 to do what you need to do.
16:11 Arkansas was just toothless, you know,
16:15 for lack of a better word.
16:16 And a bad offensive performance,
16:19 Ole Miss kind of got away with it.
16:21 But I don't know how much that will be able
16:24 to be counted on moving forward.
16:26 Auburn also has a bad offense.
16:27 Vanderbilt has a bad offense.
16:30 Mississippi State has a bad offense.
16:32 ULM has a bad offense.
16:33 Then you have Texas A&M and Georgia.
16:36 Those are the two benchmark tests for Pete Golding.
16:40 This season.
16:42 We have to deal with Auburn and not let down in that game.
16:46 Do not play down to your opponent.
16:48 And I know that we do it from time to time.
16:50 Do not play down to your opponent in this situation
16:53 because Auburn's going to be up just tweaked
16:57 at their maximum level.
17:00 Now, the other thing that we need to talk about
17:01 is they had a very good defensive game plan
17:03 for KJ Jefferson.
17:06 And we talked, there was a lot of drop eight.
17:09 There's also some blitz five and six.
17:12 They did a nice job of mixing it up.
17:15 And one stat that I saw during the game,
17:18 and I looked it up myself, Ole Miss has had an explosive defense.
17:23 We've talked about for six months
17:25 the things that Ole Miss' defense can do.
17:28 They're currently fifth in the country in sacks with 22.
17:32 They are 12th in the country in tackles for loss at 47.
17:35 They're on pace right now for nearly 100 tackles for loss.
17:39 In a season.
17:42 And this is after you've played Alabama and LSU.
17:47 Honestly, after you play Tulane,
17:49 because Tulane should still be ranked.
17:51 They get punished for the fact that they didn't have Michael Pratt.
17:55 And they're still like five and one, I think.
17:58 They should still be there. Georgia Tech beat Miami, by the way.
18:00 This schedule has been harder than probably I gave it credit for,
18:05 but not for the reason that everybody said it was hard,
18:07 if that makes sense.
18:09 But you have just a situation
18:10 that is quite interesting at the moment.
18:13 Now, my player of the game was Ashanti Sistrong,
18:18 as you heard in my Athletic Brewing Company game changer.
18:22 He had nine tackles, a tackle for loss,
18:25 half of a sack and an interception.
18:27 That interception kind of woke up Ole Miss' defense,
18:29 and from that moment on, they were a dominant unit on the field
18:33 and absolutely controlled the line of scrimmage.
18:35 You saw Stephon Wynn. You saw Josh Harris.
18:39 You saw Ole Miss playing big up front,
18:41 saying, "Hey, run the ball on us. Do that.
18:45 We're going to be up for it."
18:47 And then whenever you pass, we're really going to get after you.
18:49 And I think Ole Miss had five sacks on the evening as well.
18:53 They were pretty consistently in the backfield.
18:56 And even when KJ made plays, he was under duress.
19:01 It's so weird seeing an Arkansas offensive line
19:04 look the way they looked. It was a very weird situation.
19:08 Now, if you look at W's and L's that we did in July,
19:12 here's the update on them, along with the ESPN-FBI.
19:15 I'm currently 6-0 from the W's and L's
19:21 that I gave during July.
19:23 Now, we need me to be 6-1 after this week
19:26 because I did pick Auburn as an L.
19:28 Ole Miss has predicted to win this game.
19:29 It's gone up from 66 in the preseason to 73% now.
19:36 Vanderbilt's gone from 89 to 96.
19:39 Texas A&M has gone from 60 to 61.
19:42 Ole Miss are probability favorites to win.
19:45 Georgia is a probability favorite to win.
19:47 It's gone down from 89 to 72%.
19:51 And then ULM has gone from 97 to 99%.
19:54 Ole Miss wins, and Mississippi State is up from 60% to 82%.
20:00 State had a bad day Saturday.
20:04 They allowed a third-string quarterback from Western
20:06 Michigan to complete about 90% of his passes
20:08 and them to be in the game,
20:10 in a game that they desperately needed to cover.
20:13 Nobody was at the football game, and their quarterback got hurt.
20:16 It was a worst-case scenario for the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
20:20 If you look after the game into the polls,
20:23 Ole Miss is coming in in 13th in the AP poll,
20:26 13th in the coaches poll.
20:28 Just take care of business. Beat Auburn. Beat Vanderbilt.
20:31 And after you take care of them,
20:34 you have Texas A&M and Georgia to make a jump.
20:40 If you win --
20:42 If Ole Miss wins out, they're going to the playoff.
20:45 They just are. They might not go to the SEC Championship game.
20:47 They're going to the playoff.
20:50 But that Georgia game is going to be very difficult.
20:54 That A&M game is going to be the second-toughest game
20:57 on the schedule, according to ESPN's FBI.
21:01 But this ranking is -- We're kind of where we want to be.
21:04 And in the 12-team playoff, as everybody can do the math,
21:09 we're right on the cusp of being where we need to be in 2024
21:13 for that playoff because a home playoff game,
21:16 it would be the biggest game in Ole Miss football history.
21:19 Just making the college football playoff
21:21 would be the biggest game in Ole Miss football history.
21:24 So when we come back, we will look at the SEC lines.
21:29 Ole Miss has a bye week,
21:30 but there's still six SEC football games this weekend.
21:33 We'll look at those as well. Stick around for that.
21:37 But right now, I do want to let you know

22:40 All right, there is no Ole Miss football game,
22:45 so I can't give you a Sirius XM channel,
22:48 but each week, I will tell you exactly where
22:51 you can listen to David Kellum
22:52 and the Ole Miss home team broadcast,
22:54 broadcast from Ole Miss Plays Auburn,
22:57 two weeks from, or a week from Saturday,
23:01 in Jordan-Hare Stadium.
23:02 Listen to them on Sirius XM or search Ole Miss Rebels
23:06 on the SXM app.
23:07 Locked on Ole Miss podcast is there as well.
23:09 Hey, I'm Stephen Willis,
23:10 and this is the Locked on Ole Miss podcast.
23:12 And we have an interesting slate of games.
23:15 Well, I don't know about that, but it's something.
23:20 This is a doubleheader weekend for CBS,
23:23 and one of the games that CBS has chosen is Georgia at Vandy.
23:28 CBS is gonna broadcast a game from Dudley Field
23:32 with all that construction going on
23:34 in a game where Georgia is likely to win by 50 points.
23:37 Georgia is currently favored by 31 and a half.
23:40 And I said I would not take Georgia to cover
23:42 until they proved that they could.
23:44 They did against Kentucky.
23:45 Man, that was a different Georgia team.
23:49 That is the team that everybody expected to see
23:52 with the Georgia Bulldogs.
23:55 Vandy is -- They're Vandy, honestly.
23:59 They're Vandy. They're not particularly good.
24:03 And I don't know if they're the worst team in the SEC,
24:06 by the way, but they're not particularly good
24:09 at the moment.
24:11 But I'm thinking about laying them points
24:13 with the Georgia Bulldogs
24:14 'cause I think they're going pretty well.
24:16 Arkansas is out of Alabama.
24:18 Alabama's a 20 and a half point favorite.
24:21 And what's important in this game,
24:23 we talked about the desperation
24:25 that Arkansas played with against Ole Miss.
24:28 Arkansas desperately needed to win that game.
24:31 And you could just see it on the facial expressions
24:33 and the body language from Sam Pittman.
24:37 He knows what was at stake in that game.
24:40 And he knew it was a hard con
24:42 because we all saw on the field what was going on that night.
24:47 Against Alabama, with that offense and that defense,
24:52 Arkansas is going to have a hard time scoring.
24:54 So this is a game that could be 27 to 3.
24:58 Alabama covers, and Arkansas has just worked.
25:02 Arkansas's defense played very well in the game.
25:04 I do expect them to keep Alabama's
25:06 scoring down a little bit.
25:09 But Alabama only favored by 20.5 points.
25:13 It's a question, do you think Alabama can score 24?
25:16 I mean, that's pretty much what it is.
25:19 I don't think Arkansas scored more than 3 in this game.
25:22 Florida is at South Carolina.
25:24 South Carolina's a 2 and a half point favorite.
25:26 Gamecocks over the Gators.
25:28 This is a weird game because Florida goes up to Kentucky
25:31 and gets absolutely popped.
25:33 They beat Vandy. They feel a little bit better.
25:35 They beat Tennessee.
25:37 They're an ultimate Jekyll and Hyde type team.
25:40 But it is in South Carolina.
25:42 It is in Columbia.
25:43 And I do think South Carolina will be ready to play.
25:48 We'll see exactly what happens with Spencer Radler
25:51 and Xavier Leggett and all those guys and how they can do it.
25:54 It's only a 2 and a half point line at home.
25:58 It's interesting to me.
26:00 Texas A&M is at Tennessee, going up to Nalin.
26:03 They're 3 and a half point underdogs for 100,000.
26:07 This is the 100,000 game because either way it goes,
26:09 it'll be 100,000 watching it.
26:11 Tennessee is a 3 and a half point favorite.
26:14 Texas A&M kind of peed down their leg
26:17 a little bit in Saturday's game.
26:20 You had a situation at the beginning.
26:21 Take the points.
26:22 Do not chase points from the very beginning.
26:27 All of those are if it doesn't work.
26:29 Nothing is more of a momentum changer
26:32 than a fourth down stop.
26:35 If you want to avoid that momentum change
26:38 and make it less than a sudden change,
26:41 kick the field goal, pump the ball,
26:42 do things like that in a game that you're pretty much
26:46 a pick 'em or deserve to win the game,
26:49 which many people thought with Texas A&M against Alabama.
26:53 You don't play like that.
26:55 You play like an underdog.
26:56 And Alabama treated you like an underdog.
26:59 Now you are an underdog at Tennessee.
27:01 You have Joe Milton.
27:02 There's a ton of weirdness
27:04 that can happen in this football game.
27:07 I do like Tennessee a little bit.
27:10 Tennessee, though, has Alabama next week.
27:12 Do not underestimate that being on Tennessee's mind.
27:15 Auburn is at LSU.
27:16 LSU is a 12 and a half point favorite
27:18 over the Auburn Tigers in the Battle of Tigers.
27:22 This is a game that it might be a Garrett Nussmeyer.
27:26 With those ribs, Jaden Daniels,
27:28 he didn't look like himself at the end of the game.
27:33 I mean, he had Heisman moments,
27:35 but he didn't look like himself.
27:38 So is this going to be a Garrett Nussmeyer game?
27:40 Does it matter is the question.
27:42 Is LSU's defense bad enough to make Peyton Thorne look decent?
27:46 I don't know.
27:47 LSU at 12 and a half points should be interesting.
27:49 They're going to score points.
27:50 Brian Thomas and Malik Nabors, we know how good they are.
27:54 So it should be very interesting.
27:56 And I think the game of the day is Missouri at Kentucky.
28:00 I'm going to be locked in probably watching this game.
28:03 Missouri, they had LSU on the ropes Saturday.
28:08 Kind of let them off the hook.
28:11 Kentucky got absolutely boat raced by Georgia.
28:15 Completely emotional down.
28:17 Both of these teams should be up rock bottom right now
28:21 as far as emotional well-being.
28:23 Kentucky's favored by two and a half.
28:26 The game's in Lexington at the big Kroger bag.
28:30 It'll be interesting to see.
28:31 Brady Crook threw two interceptions against LSU.
28:35 It'll be really interesting to see which Missouri
28:40 comes out against Kentucky
28:41 and which Kentucky comes out against Missouri.
28:43 It should be a really interesting football game
28:46 of two teams that are fairly evenly matched.
28:50 For a neutral and an Ole Miss bye week,
28:54 that's probably a game you're looking forward to.
28:56 The triple is Arkansas at Alabama,
28:59 Texas at Tennessee, and Missouri at Kentucky.
29:01 Those three games, just bam, bam, bam.
29:04 You just go straight down.
29:06 Anyway, I hope that, you know,
29:10 this week goes pretty well for everybody.
29:12 Has fun.
29:14 Good times. All of that stuff.
29:16 But thank you for making the Locked On Ole Miss Podcast
29:19 your first listen every day.
29:20 Making it your morning show.
29:21 I do appreciate that.
29:22 We're part of the Locked On Podcast network.
29:25 Your team. Every day.
29:28 We will see you tomorrow.
29:29 I've got a little bit different stuff planned.
29:31 I need to start setting it up pretty much right now.
29:35 But if I can get it done,
29:36 I want to get some perspectives this week,
29:39 since it's a bye week, of all the people that cover Ole Miss.
29:42 What are their thoughts after six games?
29:44 That's kind of what I'm thinking at the moment.
29:47 So, anyway, I'm going to work and try and get that set up,
29:51 and we'll talk to you a little bit later.
29:53 Hotty toddy.
