02:32 complaint lining and Gaya distribution system so that the project can be completed.

02:41 The affected people of this dam, the Austrians, have been revised the compensation package.

02:49 Another big decision has been made for the welfare of the people.

02:52 If the project is completed, then 10,000 hectares of land will be made suitable for irrigation.

03:02 The affected families will be given an extra central grant of Rs. 6.5 lakhs.

03:12 So, one more land will be made suitable for irrigation.

03:16 The lakhs of acres of land will get benefits.

03:22 And the land that is acquired on the other side will get an extra central grant of Rs. 6.5 lakhs.

03:29 One last decision that I will make you aware of is

03:34 Andaman-Nicobar Island Tenancy Regulation 2023,

03:39 Tadranagar Haveli and Damandiu Tenancy Regulation 2023,

03:45 Lakshadweep Tenancy Regulation 2023,

03:53 The Model Tenancy Act, which was proposed by the Cabinet in June 2021,

05:02 any residential or commercial property

05:06 must be given to the landlord before renting it out to the tenant.

05:12 This is compulsory.

05:16 The written notice of the second agreement

05:19 will be given to the rental authority in the state.

05:24 And within 7 days, a unique identification number will be issued to the rental authority.

05:33 And all the information related to the tenancy will be uploaded to the authority's website.

05:41 The landlord and the tenant will agree to pay the rent.

05:48 The landlord and tenant's responsibilities regarding the structural repairs or maintenance of the building
