00:00 Ladies and gentlemen, in less than two weeks, the election silence before the important elections in Poland, as non-party self-governing bodies, we are starting.
00:12 We are a Polish-general committee with a very real program, a program created for people.
00:18 We have a very strong team of candidates.
00:22 Today is the day when we present representatives of non-party self-government bodies who will fight for votes, will fight for parliamentary mandates from the Milicki County.
00:32 We also have a candidate for the Senate, Michał Rado, but I can't say what kind of candidates are from Milicki County.
00:40 I could twist it, come up with something, but I'd rather have the Deputy Mayor Milicki answer, who I ask to officially present the candidates of non-party self-government bodies from Milicki County.
00:59 If in our Sejm people with the right knowledge, with the right culture and people who have the right attitude to what they do,
01:13 I can with full responsibility recommend Mrs. Ania Wieczorek, Mr. Jacek Biernat as representatives of the Milicki County in the upcoming parliamentary elections on behalf of non-party self-government bodies.
01:33 Mrs. Ania Wieczorek is the director of one of our small village schools and although she is only doing her job for the second year,
01:45 she has already been recognized as a good organizer, as a person who has a lot of new, interesting ideas that affect the whole school community.
02:04 And it is both the student and the educational one with whom she creates a great team and changes this school for the better.
02:16 Mrs. Ania, above all, can talk to people, listen to their problems and solve them together.
02:28 I deeply believe that as a professional in the world affairs, she will get a mandate in the upcoming elections,
02:37 because today she faces a big challenge and I think it will be one of the problems that will have to be solved in the upcoming parliamentary term.
02:52 Mr. Jacek Biernat, a man who has been associated with sports all his life, as a former football player.
03:04 A man who has been recognized as a good manager.
03:12 For five years he has been responsible in the Milicki County for a widely understood sport and recreation.
03:19 As the president of our community sports and recreation center, he is responsible for everything that is happening in this area.
03:30 I must say that he is a man who, having little, can do a lot.
03:39 More precisely, having very limited resources, he was able to leave the era of the PRL and modernize our infrastructure in a very short time.
03:58 Because it is really five years, which is an example of our Milicki open swimming pool on Karłów,
04:09 but also stadiums that today have completely different faces when Jacek is responsible for them.
04:17 Jacek is also a good organizer.
04:21 I can't remember that there were so many sports events in the Milicki County.
04:29 And this is both for the youngest and for the elders.
04:34 And these are not only local events, but also nationwide.
04:41 An example of this is the netball giants, whose final will take place tomorrow in Milicki.
04:49 A good manager, a good organizer, but above all a social worker.
04:55 And I think that there are no such people in the parliament today.
05:00 Thank you very much, Mr. Mayor, Łukasz, for introducing the candidates.
05:05 As you can see, he has knowledge, but he is also convinced that these are the best candidates from the Milicki County.
05:10 And what would you like to do in parliament? What are your postulates?
05:15 Anna, very nice to meet you. I am the director of the school in Czatkowice.
05:21 Ladies and gentlemen, there is nothing more important than a young society.
05:25 And I would like to put my hard work on education, which I will take with me if I manage to move on.
05:34 Postulates without parties, such as free meals in schools or educational tourism bond.
05:41 But also to make sure that children learn to think and develop in the best possible conditions.
05:49 This is what I would like to do, what I am good at at the moment, and I will try to be even better.
06:01 So that's it from me. When it comes to education, I think this is my area that I would like to devote my work to.
06:07 Thank you very much.
06:09 As we heard, a very dynamic person who makes the impossible possible and does it from nothing.
06:17 So, please.
06:19 Yes, I turned a little red, I haven't heard so many compliments about me for a long time, but it's nice.
06:24 It's nice to hear it from the lips of Mr. Mayor and Mr. Marshal.
06:28 I may say a little differently.
06:31 I am very happy that I found myself on the lists of non-party self-government.
06:35 Because these are people who want to create, who want to build, who want to talk, not divide and destroy.
06:45 Today, this element is missing in this nationwide policy.
06:49 So, non-party self-government can be this force, this balance that will lead to normality.
06:57 It will finally lead to normality in our country.
07:01 From my studies, I remember one saying that the conversation is the plane of knowledge.
07:08 This conversation is missing.
07:10 There is shouting, there are quarrels.
07:14 I think it's time to end it and these elections give us such a chance.
07:21 Why non-party self-government?
07:24 I looked through all these lists of non-party self-government and there are people who are closest to these local communities.
07:31 People who solve the problems of local communities every day.
07:38 I think they have the greatest knowledge.
07:40 It's not like someone from Warsaw can decide on certain things in Milic.
07:45 It's best when local self-government decide on it.
07:50 Milic is a great example of how non-party self-government works.
07:56 How self-government works in general.
07:58 Milic is developing thanks to cooperation of local self-government with the self-government of the Lower Silesia Voivodeship.
08:06 How it develops, we all see.
08:09 The decision on who to vote for will definitely belong to the state in two weeks.
08:16 I just got my 4+ rating.
08:22 It's always better to lower it because then you can do something more and not rest on laurels.
08:29 But I think you will give us the most important rating in two weeks.
08:35 We all got it.
08:36 There are colorful banners in Milic.
08:38 Often people who have never been to Milic.
08:41 Who have nothing to do with this city.
08:44 I think that me, Mrs. Anna and all non-party self-government
08:49 local communities can judge for what we did.
08:54 As I said, we are the closest to local communities.
08:58 We are always working for local communities.
09:05 We want to work further but a level higher.
09:09 Thank you.
09:10 Thank you very much. Jacek discovered the key of our election campaign.
09:15 Why do non-party self-government people run for the Sejm?
09:18 We are fed up with the Polish-Polish war.
09:21 Some are like that, others are not.
09:23 They started to get angry.
09:24 They don't listen.
09:25 We want to be a normal Poland.
09:27 Enough of the Polish quarrels, enough of the family quarrels.
09:30 Even families quarrel about politics.
09:33 It shouldn't be about that.
09:35 We talk to different people to solve the problem.
09:38 If we didn't talk, we wouldn't be here.
09:41 These are the candidates for the Sejm.
09:44 The parliament has two rooms.
09:46 Michał Rado is a candidate for the Sejm.
09:49 He is from the Wrocław district.
09:52 He is not from the Milicje town.
09:54 But he will introduce himself.
09:56 Good morning. My name is Michał Rado.
09:59 I am a local socialist.
10:01 I am from the Oława commune.
10:04 I am the chairman of the Silesian Economic Cooperation Agency.
10:08 I am going to the parliament with a postulate
10:11 that the self-governing parties have as one of the most important.
10:14 It is the PIT zero.
10:16 PIT zero is not a revolution.
10:18 It is an evolution.
10:20 Today, PIT zero is available to people until the age of 26.
10:25 We want everyone to use it.
10:28 PIT zero is a real increase in the salary of 15%.
10:33 It is a salary that we get for hard work.
10:36 It is not additional money for entrepreneurs or a bribe from the state.
10:41 It is hard-earned money.
10:43 PIT zero is less bureaucracy in the tax offices.
10:47 The officials will be able to focus on finding criminals
10:52 who are criminals from the WATO.
10:56 It will make the work of the offices easier.
11:00 It is a transparent tax system.
11:02 In summary, PIT zero is a 15% higher salary,
11:07 simplification of bureaucracy in the tax offices
11:10 and tightness of the tax system.
11:13 Thank you very much.
11:15 Ladies and gentlemen, as Michał Rado said,
11:19 we trust the residents and the officials who are now checking all the tax distributions
11:24 will be able to deal with those who are in the WATO, in the excise.
11:28 We propose a real increase for those who work honestly.
11:32 You work, you don't pay taxes, just like young people until the age of 26.
11:36 Many of them get a gift for their 26th birthday in the form of a pension reduction.
11:40 They don't understand why they are punished for working hard.
11:45 That's all from us.
11:47 If you have any questions, please.
11:49 I would like to welcome the party-free teams with a symbolic mark.
11:55 Ania, please.
11:59 Here you are.
12:01 I think it's a thin one.
12:03 Thank you.
12:04 Congratulations.
12:05 And Jacek, if you get a collar.
12:09 The players have it somewhere here.
12:11 No, here.
12:12 You'll get it yourself.
12:15 Okay.
12:16 Thank you very much.
12:17 The players have it on their collars, but I don't know if it won't be damaged.
12:21 Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for coming.
12:24 We are also at your disposal individually.
12:26 [MUSIC PLAYING]
