00:28 This is in accordance with Proclamation No. 60 Series of 1991

00:33 that was declared last Sunday of September as Family Week.

00:37 This is in order to give time for government officials to visit their families.

00:45 This day is important because it is also the occasion for government officials

00:51 to support programs and activities in celebration of the Family Week organized
