00:00 We will be really a fantastic experience.
00:05 If you look at very soon,
00:06 our new boarding pass is so informative.
00:09 We'll tell you where the plane is.
00:12 Let's say you're catching a flight to Penang or Bangladesh,
00:18 that plane comes in from somewhere.
00:21 We will tell you where that plane is so you know.
00:23 We will keep you updated whether the delays will happen.
00:26 No airline can not have delays.
00:29 But how we manage the delay,
00:31 so you're not hanging around sitting in the airport
00:33 for hours and hours.
00:35 That's what we're trying to work out.
00:36 You know your gate, you know where the flight is, et cetera.
00:40 So I really believe we're gonna have an amazing experience.
00:45 And yesterday, we're very soon,
00:48 within the next two or three months,
00:50 we're gonna start putting our statistics up live
00:53 so you can see exactly how we're doing.
00:56 We don't rely on Instagram to say, oh, we're on time.
00:59 You'll see it every day, every minute.
01:03 And yesterday, we were 91% on time.
01:06 I mean, that was a huge accomplishment.
01:08 91% on time, and if you add within 15 minutes,
01:12 we were 96%.
01:14 That's a remarkable achievement,
01:15 and that's gonna get better and better
01:18 as we get all our planes back.
01:20 But apart from that, every airline's gonna have that.
01:22 I mean, things we can't control, weather, et cetera.
01:25 So to answer your first part,
01:27 I said I wasn't gonna answer it, but now I'm answering it,
01:29 is because I'm very proud of it,
01:33 spare parts, engines have been an issue, right?
01:38 The supply chain has been badly affected.
01:41 That's getting better, and we put out a press release
01:43 on how GE is helping us.
01:45 So that, I think by '24,
01:48 supply chain will be virtually back to normal,
01:51 and Airbus, for the first time,
01:52 have confirmed they can deliver planes.
01:55 They haven't been able to confirm that.
01:57 So '24 onwards, I think supply chain's gonna get better,
02:00 but really what I wanna add is I'm very confident,
02:03 and I'm saying it live, loud,
02:05 that AirAsia's probably gonna be the best experience
02:08 of any airline in terms of information,
02:12 on-time performance, dealing with refunds,
02:15 dealing with problems.
02:16 What our AI and chatbot team is doing is remarkable.
02:20 They're gonna be two types of chatbots.
02:22 So I'm putting it out there.
