00:12 to ensure we can deliver excellent customer service.
00:15 To do this, we've developed some secret hand signals
00:18 to enable the crew to communicate with each other during the in-flight service,
00:22 minimizing unnecessary chatter.
00:24 First, let's take a look at some of our menu signals.
00:28 - "Anything to eat or drink there, sir?" - "Yeah, can I have the chicken Caesar baguette, please?"
00:32 - "Yes, certainly." - "Thank you."
00:34 - "Anything to eat or drink there, madam?" - "A croque-ficelle, please."
00:40 "Right away."
00:41 There are signs for pretty much everything on the menu,
00:46 which means that we can communicate clearly with the crew in the galley.
00:57 There are also codes for special situations.
