00:14 So today we have a lot to talk about
00:15 because we're talking about the new updated
00:17 Vital sets from Nepoagym.
00:19 So these include the Vital Seamless Sports Bras,
00:23 the long sleeve tops, and also the leggings.
00:26 So Nepoagym has had the leggings for a while,
00:28 but they did do a few updates
00:29 that I'm going to go into in a minute,
00:31 but they just got the tops and sports bras,
00:34 which are so cute.
00:35 And you know, I like having a full set at the gym,
00:38 so I'm super excited about that.
00:39 And everything is super affordable and under $20.

02:09 The changes they've made to the Vital Collection
02:11 are they've made the material thicker,
02:12 but it still has the same amount of stretchiness.
02:15 And I did have the original Vital Collection,
02:17 and I have to say, this does feel exactly the same,
02:19 just slightly thicker.
02:20 And they also double stitched the seams again,
02:22 which makes it stronger and more durable
02:24 for your hardcore workouts,
02:25 which I love because I do love wearing these to the gym,
02:27 and I work out pretty intensely, so it's perfect.
02:30 So first I wanted to talk about all of the leggings.
02:32 So again, it does feel like the original Vital,
02:34 just like a little bit thicker.
02:35 If you're familiar with the Gymshark Ombre Seamless
02:37 or the Nepoagym Ombre Seamless,
02:39 it's very similar except slightly less roughness,
02:41 but it does have that same amount of structure.
02:43 So I just reviewed the new Vital Seamless colors
02:46 from Nepoagym, and these definitely have more structure
02:49 and a little less stretch to them than those.
02:51 The new colors are super, super stretchy,
02:53 which I personally love the stretchiness of that.
02:55 So, but if you like a little more thickness
02:57 and structure in your leggings, then these are perfect.
02:59 Also, I found that some colors
03:00 have a little more stretch than others.
03:02 The pink is definitely the most stiff,
03:04 which is definitely the same as what it was before.
03:07 And then the blue is kind of in the middle,
03:09 and the purple is definitely the stretchiest.
03:11 So if you are looking for something on the stretchier side,
03:13 I would go for the purple and the blue.
03:15 They don't have a ton of compression,
03:16 but it's definitely more than the new Vital Seamless colors,
03:19 like the new blue and green.
03:20 And the double thickness waistband
03:21 has a pretty good compression as well.
03:23 So in terms of sizing,
03:24 last time there was a huge size discrepancy
03:26 between the colors.
03:27 Like the pink was so small on me.
03:28 I ordered a small and I literally could barely get them on,
03:31 and the blue was like super baggy, and I was also a small.
03:34 So there's still some size differences,
03:35 but it's definitely much more uniform
03:37 across the board than last time.
03:39 I have an extra small in the indigo color,
03:41 and then I have a small in the pink and the blue.
03:43 So the indigo definitely feels stretchier than the others,
03:45 like I said,
03:46 and I actually prefer the extra small in the indigo.
03:48 The smalls had a teeny bit of room in the waistband for me,
03:51 and a little bit of extra room around the crotch,
03:53 but not nearly as much as the last time I got the blue
03:56 that was like seriously like huge.
03:58 And for the pink, it's slightly less stretchy,
04:00 and it didn't really have a lot of room on my legs.
04:02 So I definitely wouldn't size up on the pink,
04:04 at least for me,
04:05 but it still did have a teeny bit of room in other places.
04:08 So you can check my measurements down below,
04:11 but I'd say if you're in between sizes to size down,
04:13 just because I feel like these run just the teeniest bit big.
04:16 As for details,
04:17 these do have a nice subtle dot contouring along them
04:20 that just adds a little bit of shape to the legs,
04:22 but without being like a really intense booty contour.
04:25 I'll show a comparison video between these
04:27 in the new Vital Colors,
04:28 but I feel like the dots are slightly different.
04:30 I think that they're just like a teeny bit bigger,
04:32 but I'll show that in a separate clip.
04:33 So it's very subtle,
04:34 but the updated old Vital Seamless
04:37 is just a teeny bit higher in the waistband.
04:39 And as you can see,
04:40 the contouring is just the tiniest bit different.
04:43 And this contouring just looks like
04:45 a little thicker than this.
04:47 I don't know if the dots themselves are actually bigger,
04:49 but there's definitely some slight differences
04:51 in contouring.
04:52 They also have a double thickness ribbed waistband.
04:54 For the waistband,
04:55 I do prefer the Ombre Seamless waistband.
04:58 Nepoagym did a great job of updating their Ombre Seamless,
05:00 and with the waistband,
05:02 they like tapered it in a little more
05:03 and it doesn't stretch out anymore.
05:05 My Gymshark Ombre Seamless definitely stretched out,
05:07 but the new Nepoagym ones don't.
05:09 And I feel like with these Vital Seamless ones,
05:11 they still have a teeny bit of room in the waistband,
05:13 and I would like to just see them like nipped in
05:15 just a teeny bit more,
05:16 because I feel like it fits mostly everywhere on me,
05:19 except the waistband has a little bit of bagginess.
05:21 And I feel like I see other people wearing Vital Seamless
05:24 and it does the same thing.
05:26 So just like a little bit in on the waistband
05:28 would have helped a lot.
05:30 They also have a marled fabric.
05:32 They're about a seven eighth length on me.
05:33 So in terms of camel toe,
05:35 I really don't think it's going to be a problem
05:36 in these leggings.
05:37 They did update the material,
05:38 so it's a little thicker
05:39 and they also don't have a front seam.
05:41 So I personally had no issues with that.
05:43 And cellulite could definitely be a potential problem,
05:45 but I feel like you have a few features of these leggings
05:47 that's kind of hiding that a bit.
05:49 Dot booty contour below helps a little bit,
05:51 the fabric's also marled.
05:53 And then whenever you have a texture to the leggings,
05:55 you're less likely to see cellulite.
05:56 But these leggings are still relatively thin
05:58 and don't have a ton of compression.
06:00 So I wouldn't say these are totally cellulite proof.
06:02 So in terms of squat tests,
06:04 I'm still getting used to like my new lighting at home,
06:06 but I had my ring light
06:07 and I had a bunch of natural light coming in
06:09 and the pink honestly looked pretty good.
06:11 I think there was a little bit of sheerness at the bottom.
06:13 So I'd give them like an eight out of 10,
06:15 but I personally would be totally fine
06:17 wearing those to the gym.
06:18 The blue ones are definitely stretchier than the pink.
06:19 And I think I'd give those a nine out of 10.
06:21 I really didn't notice much sheerness.
06:22 Again, maybe the teeniest bit at the bottom,
06:24 but it's really hard to say.
06:25 And Indigo, these weren't extra small,
06:27 so they were smaller than the others.
06:29 But again, I think these get like an eight out of 10,
06:32 tiny bit of sheerness at the bottom,
06:33 but definitely I wouldn't call them a sheer pair of leggings.
06:35 So yeah, that's it on the leggings.

06:40 And now onto the bras.
06:44 So in terms of sizing, I definitely stay true to size.
06:46 I get a size small because I have a smaller rib cage,
06:49 but because this bra has a little more coverage,
06:51 it can definitely accommodate a larger chest.
06:53 Also, when you get a smaller size,
06:54 it offers a little bit more compression,
06:55 which I definitely like.
06:57 And my favorite part of Nepoagym sports bras is their pads.
07:00 I've never had an issue with Nepoagym pads.
07:02 They, as you can tell, they're really like large pads
07:05 and they cover like the whole, the whole boob.
07:07 So you don't have like that thing
07:08 where you can just see the pad in the bra,
07:10 which is like a huge pet peeve of mine.
07:12 Just tried on the new Alphalete sports bras,
07:14 and I had to take the pads out
07:15 because they were so cheap and small.
07:19 But Nepoagym, they do a great job on their pads,
07:21 and the pads actually give a lot of structure and support.
07:24 So it kind of makes your boobs like a little rounder.
07:27 So these definitely aren't a high support sports bra.
07:29 I'd say low to medium, depending on how big your chest is.
07:32 And if you have the pads,
07:33 definitely more support if you have the pads in.
07:35 This definitely feels like a more supportive fabric
07:37 than before.
07:38 They did make the fabric thicker,
07:39 so it does have a little bit more support there as well.
07:42 And I love that this bra isn't super revealing either.
07:44 It has a lot of coverage.
07:45 There's not like a ton of cleavage going on,
07:47 which is really great.
07:48 And they also have a nice little racer back.
07:50 And the seam around the armpit.
07:52 Sometimes the sports bras,
07:53 the seam around the armpit can like kind of scratch you
07:55 a little bit.
07:55 This one was low cut enough that it didn't bother me at all.
07:58 And the fabric they have around the lining there
08:00 isn't rough at all.
08:01 It's actually very smooth.
08:02 So it didn't have any irritation or anything.
08:04 It felt good.
08:05 (upbeat music)
08:08 And now for the long sleep crop tops.
08:15 So I'm personally usually not a fan of these crop tops.
08:17 I just feel like sometimes they just go like
08:19 to right below your bra.
08:21 And like, it's basically like a bra with sleeves.
08:24 But Nepoagym actually did a great job.
08:25 And these are actually like super long.
08:27 So they actually provide a really good amount of coverage.
08:29 I was only showing about an inch or so of skin
08:32 with the leggings and the crop top together.
08:33 So if you don't like to show a lot of skin,
08:36 these would be perfect.
08:36 I also have a really long torso.
08:38 So if you're shorter,
08:39 you probably wouldn't even see any skin.
08:41 And I did the little arm lift up tests.
08:43 And this really wasn't moving around very much,
08:45 which I also appreciate.
08:46 Some details are that they have thumb holes
08:49 and they also are a little more compressive
08:51 around the hand area.
08:52 For me, it was just a little too compressive.
08:54 Like my hands and wrists are just a little bit bigger
08:56 than this.
08:57 So it was kind of a little stiff for me in the hand region,
09:00 which I didn't love.
09:01 So yeah, I wish there was a little more room
09:02 in the wrist region,
09:03 but the rest of the sleeve where the fabric is just normal,
09:06 it felt perfectly fine and plenty of stretch and give to it.
09:09 In terms of sizing, I definitely go with your normal size.
09:12 The fabric is very giving and stretchy.
09:14 And I personally am usually between a small and a medium,
09:17 but I did like the small in these.
09:19 The only issue was the little hand region,
09:20 but everything else was great.
09:22 And I liked that it wasn't baggy at all on me.
09:24 It also didn't compress my chest at all, which is nice.
09:27 And it still had a good amount of length,
09:29 even with the small size.
09:30 So yeah, I think that's everything you need to know
09:32 about the Vital Seamless sets.
