00:30 her dirty laundry in a now-deleted post where she shared details of their private moments.

01:48 with them quietly with the support of my close friends and family. I felt a lot of guilt after

01:53 exposing everything and thought maybe the best resolution to the situation would be to say I

01:58 lied about it. But that is not the truth. I started a relationship with somebody who was married and

02:03 told me he would leave his wife." Although the 44 year old did not reveal the identity of the man

02:09 or his wife, she did say she wants to find a healthy relationship for herself adding "In the

02:16 end I found out that wasn't possible. I pride myself on being an ethical and kind person. I

02:21 know what I did was wrong but the heart makes you do crazy things sometimes. I am sorry for exposing
