Panchmel dal also known as panchratna dal is a protein-packed lentil dish that contains the goodness and nutritive qualities of 5 different lentils or dals. Not only it is healthy but also equally delicious.

Ingredients Used:-
1 cup Split Chickpeas (washed & soaked)
1 cup Split Red Lentil (washed & soaked)
1 cup Split Black Gram Lentils (washed & soaked)
1 cup Split Pigeon Peas (washed & soaked)
1 cup Petite Yellow Lentils (washed & soaked)

2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
15-16 Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 Dry Red Chillies
½ tsp Asafoetida
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tomato (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Mix Masala
1 cup Water
Water (as required)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
