00:00 Sara Beto, this is our family's business. I'm at the moment the manager of the

00:04 restaurant Zaytuna and welcome. So tell me about the restaurant and what people

00:09 can expect. Well this is our restaurant, the Moroccan restaurant, we're serving

00:13 fresh organic food and we're cooking the tagine and the couscous. The couscous

00:17 takes about four days to cook, as we do it the traditional way and of course with the

00:21 tagine it's prepared freshly every day from 12 to 5 and 5 o'clock it's when

00:27 it's ready and of course we use very nice ingredients and herbs. We get all

00:32 the herbs and spices all from Marrakech, they come all the way down here and we're

00:36 trying to integrate sort of something new into South Sea, what people they want

00:40 and what they deserve also and something for them to also appreciate as

00:44 everything of course yet again is cooked fresh, organic and of course it's

00:48 delicious. All happy customers, they're all loving the food and what we offer as

00:52 well is the best quality for the Moroccan tea, baklava and the pastries.

00:56 We're also making the house, there's so much you know possibilities we can offer

01:01 to the people of South Sea that they would 100% appreciate and of course

01:06 coming back since we've been open for about five weeks we've already had a few

01:10 returning customers which is amazing, fully booked Saturdays and Fridays which

01:14 we're awesome, happy, so happy the people of South Sea you know are accepting us and

01:18 of course we accept them. So tell me what the reaction has been like? The reaction

01:22 all happy, all happy, happy you know smiles you know I don't know how to

01:27 explain the reaction, people they really do appreciate not just the food but the

01:32 atmosphere of the building, our service, we always, doesn't matter who the

01:36 customer is, we always give them a heart to the service you know we want to make

01:39 sure that when people talk about Zaytouna it's all happy positive reviews

01:43 and to be honest I don't think we've had one sad face. And is this the first

01:49 business as a family that you've got? Yeah this is our first business we bought it

01:53 from the previous owner, you know we've done it up, added a few bits of decoration there and then

01:57 slowly slowly we'll bring more things from Marrakesh so it's going to be even

02:02 more homely.
