00:25 Meanwhile, some passengers complain about the fixed rate of the jeepney drivers in Mandaluyong.

00:33 According to the passengers here at Edsa Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong,

00:41 the fixed rate of the jeepney drivers is already high.

00:47 This is what the students of SINADS experience every day.

00:50 In addition to the other expenses in the school, the fare to the massage is a big part of her budget.

00:58 It's far and near. It's Php 35, sometimes Php 60.

01:02 But how much will you pay for that?

01:04 You should really pay Php 18 or Php 20 or more.

01:08 There's no other nearby jeepney. That's why we have no choice.
