00:02 >> Yeah, I mean, those are the things we've talked about.
00:05 When it's the time we were both here together,
00:07 we kind of talked about how it was for him, with Brett leaving and
00:11 things like that, his transition.
00:13 Obviously, he said it was hard as well, it's never easy.
00:15 But he kind of just put his head down and worked, made his own name for himself.
00:20 And that's kind of the same thing I'm trying to do right now for myself.
00:23 >> What advice would he have for you in terms of how to handle that and
00:27 stop and kind of be true to you and your team?
00:29 >> Yeah, Aaron reached out to me last night and that's exactly what he said.
00:32 Yeah, he said, just be yourself, have fun, enjoy it.
00:35 It's obviously my time now, and he said, be yourself.
00:39 And I mean, that's all you can do.
00:41 That's kind of been the message from everybody is, be yourself,
00:43 don't try to be anybody else.
00:45 Don't try to be Aaron, things like that.
00:46 Just be yourself, and that's kind of what I'm trying to do.
