00:00And the best part is, Elmo and Rudy get to...
00:03Oh, hi. Welcome to Sesame Street.
00:06Hi.
00:07Oh, you're just in time.
00:09Oh, because we're having a sleepover.
00:11Okay, all right.
00:15Okay, I slept.
00:17Is it over?
00:18Yeah? Okay. Bye!
00:20No, no, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, the sleepover hasn't even started yet.
00:23It hasn't?
00:24No.
00:25At a sleepover, you stay at someone else's house all night.
00:30Oh, yeah.
00:31All night.
00:33Yeah.
00:34Oh, and we get to sleep in the living room.
00:36Oh, with these sleeping bags.
00:38Oh, and we get to do all kinds of fun things, Rudy.
00:41Like, look at this.
00:42Oh, we can make shadow puppets.
00:45Take a look at this.
00:47Hi.
00:48Hippity, hippity, hippity, hippity, hippity, hippity.
00:50Oh, Rudy, what's wrong?
00:52I'm nervous, Elmo.
00:54It's my first sleepover.
00:56I practiced to be sure I did it right.
00:59In a bed, not a bag.
01:02And in my room.
01:04Not in a big living room.
01:07And no flashlights, Elmo.
01:09Rudy doesn't have to practice any of that stuff.
01:13Rudy just has to have fun.
01:15Oh, and sleep, too.
01:16I don't know if I can sleep in here.
01:19The living room is so big.
01:21It's a little scary.
01:23You scared me.
01:24Don't do that, Elmo's Daddy.
01:25Daddy, Elmo thinks that Rudy's a little nervous about the sleepover.
01:26The room is so big.
01:27My room is small and cozy.
01:28It's just too big.
01:29Okay, bye.
01:30No, no, no, no, Rudy.
01:31It's okay to be nervous, Rudy.
01:32Yeah?
01:33You know what I used to do sometimes when I was a little monster?
01:40What?
01:41I used to build my own pillow fort.
01:44Pillow fort?
01:45Pillow fort?
01:46Oh, yeah.
01:47It's a fort made out of pillows.
01:48Oh, it made me feel so cozy.
01:50You grab some pillows and you use them to make walls and a roof and you and Elmo can stay inside.
01:57Yeah.
01:58Really?
01:59A pillow fort, huh?
02:00Yeah.
02:01Really?
02:02A pillow fort, huh?
02:03I like that.
02:04Yeah, yeah, Elmo too.
02:05Want to make a pillow fort, Rudy?
02:06We could call it Fort Rudy.
02:07Huh?
02:08Oh, yeah.
02:09Oh, yeah.
02:10It's a fort made out of pillows.
02:11Oh, yeah.
02:12It's a fort made out of pillows.
02:13Oh, it made me feel so cozy.
02:14You grab some pillows and you use them to make walls and a roof and you and Elmo can stay inside.
02:15Yeah.
02:16Really?
02:17A pillow fort, huh?
02:18I like that.
02:19Yeah, yeah, Elmo too.
02:20Want to make a pillow fort, Rudy?
02:21We could call it Fort Rudy.
02:22Huh?
02:23Yeah.
02:24I want to do that.
02:25I'll help you out.
02:26When you're sleeping over and you're far away from home, it's always super fun to build
02:42a fort of your own.
02:44You can take some pillows and make a wall.
02:47Can I use these too?
02:48Sure.
02:49Use them all.
02:52Gotta leave a door so we can get inside.
02:56Climb in the sleeping bag and maybe hide.
02:59Looks like the port is done.
03:02Nothing left to do except have some fun.
03:08Hooray!
03:09Hey, Elmo and Rudy did it.
03:12We built a pillow fort.
03:14Uh, what is it now, Rudy?
03:17Um, our fort doesn't have a roof.
03:21Oh, you know, Rudy's right.
03:23But these pillows are kind of small.
03:26Elmo doesn't think that a pillow will go all the way across the top.
03:30Unless it was a really giant pillow.
03:34Do you have a really giant pillow?
03:36Time pillow?
03:37Oh!
03:38Um, no.
03:39Good.
03:40We still don't have anything to make a roof.
03:43There's a problem.
03:45When there's a problem to solve, what do we say?
03:50I wonder, what if, let's try.
03:56I wonder, what if, let's try.
04:00I wonder, what if, let's try.
04:04Hmm, Elmo wonders if there's something around here we could use for a roof.
04:09What if we use that blanket?
04:14It might be big enough to go all the way across the top.
04:18Oh, good idea.
04:20Let's try.
04:22Okay, you have got a roof.
04:26Yay!
04:27We did it!
04:28Yay!
04:29We did it!
04:30We did it!
04:31Aw, the blanket didn't work.
04:36It's too heavy.
04:38It made our walls get all wobbly and fall down.
04:41Yeah, this is a problem.
04:43Oh, but when there's a problem to solve, what do we say?
04:47I wonder.
04:48What if, let's try.
04:51Hmm.
04:52I wonder if there's something strong and sturdy you could put the blanket on so that your walls won't get wobbly and fall down.
05:03Oh, Tango, where are you, girl?
05:08Oh, that blanket's not falling off the chair.
05:13What if, we tried using those chairs to hold up the roof?
05:20Yeah.
05:21Well, let's try.
05:23All right, kids.
05:25Let's see if this did the trick.
05:27Okay.
05:28Yay!
05:29We got a roof.
05:32The blanket still fell.
05:35I give up, Elmo.
05:38I'm going home.
05:39Bye!
05:40No, no, no.
05:41Rudy can't give up.
05:42We can figure out how to make the blanket stay.
05:45It's just a problem.
05:47When there's a problem to solve, what do we say?
05:51I wonder.
05:53What if?
05:55Let's try.
05:56Yeah.
05:57Let's see.
05:58Okay, so the chairs kept our walls from wobbling.
06:02Yeah.
06:03But the blanket is still too heavy.
06:05It slipped off the chairs.
06:07Hmm.
06:08Elmo wonders if we can weigh the blanket down with something heavy.
06:12Yeah.
06:13Something heavy.
06:14Let's see.
06:15What's heavy?
06:16Oh, oh, oh, oh.
06:17The piano's heavy.
06:18What if we use that?
06:19Yay!
06:20That might be a little too heavy, son.
06:23Oh.
06:24Oh.
06:25Oh.
06:26Oh.
06:27What if we use some of Tango's stuffed toys?
06:31Yeah.
06:32You got a lot of them.
06:33But the toys are pretty light.
06:34It has to be something heavy.
06:35Heavy.
06:36Yeah.
06:37Gotcha.
06:38Hmm.
06:39Oh.
06:40Hey.
06:41Look, look, look.
06:42Look.
06:43These books are pretty heavy.
06:44Yeah.
06:45What if we use Daddy's music books, huh?
06:46Uh-huh.
06:47Oh, sure thing.
06:48Let's try.
06:49Looks like you got yourselves a fort, kid.
06:52We did it.
06:53Yay!
06:54Fort Rudy.
06:55Does Rudy like it?
06:56No.
06:57I love it.
06:58Oh, yay!
