Prince William has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, saying she "would be a very proud mother" and is "fondly keeping an eye on us", in a speech at the coronation concert at Windsor Castle. The Prince of Wales added that his newly-crowned father has "always understood that people of all faiths, all backgrounds and all communities deserve to be celebrated and supported".
