Paris gastronomy exhibition: A feast for foodies and history buffs

"It was in Paris that the very first restaurants were invented," explains François-Regis Gaudry, curator of the exhibition "Paris, Capital of Gastronomy from the Middle Ages to Now", where visitors can sink their teeth into a history of gastronomy told through old dishes, manuscripts and paintings.
