HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION

The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) and the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) sign a memorandum of agreement where BuCor personnel will be educated on human rights as part of their job in dealing with persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).
