Are you not tired of being a slacker and getting up late?
Most of us are unable to sleep early, so here is what you can do to get a better sleep routine!

1 - Ditch the screens
Shut down screens an hour before sleep time and pick a book to read.

2 - Quit afternoon naps
Yes! make days for work and sundowners for sleep!

3- Switch off bright lights for a calm dark setup

4- Have your dinner at least two hours before bedtime

5- Take no caffeinated beverages in the evening or later

6- Turn on special music for sleep

7- Leave the worries of the next day and stop overthinking!
