The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) holds its Documentary Film and Photography Festival dubbed "Apoy at Lente" on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2022. Manila Times photojournalist John Orven G. Verdote was awarded the grand prize with his entry 'Matter of Life and Death' in ceremonies at the SM North in Quezon City.
