The Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory (QCJ-PD), in partnership with the Department of Agriculture (DA), and Quezon City government launches the KADIWA in Ani at Kita -KADIWA Carts Project at Bernardo Park in EDSA on Friday, March 4, 2022. The market hopes to bring farm to table fresh produce at lower prices to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), their families and to residents of Kamuning.
